ALL interactions with staff and their customers(who they treat like their own FAMILY[blood, adopted, step OR...]) have been a superb experience!!!................ & I even got PAID(min wage {fair enuff 4 all[should be HIGHER!!!]4 now} 3 Hrs. @ min wage for 1.5 2 2 Hrs. work(if u can call driving and parking cars WORK}............ anyway need VALID NYS DL(they will verify the legality of said documeant B4 hiring U or WHOEVER wants 2 WORK there!!!}..... SERIOUSLY: aONE PLACE!!! 2 WORK...... P.S. If U want to buy a car from here U and anybody else will need more documents than just a NYS DL.... call ahead to see which papers u will need B4 u can shop here 4 YOUR next new 2 U(sed) autoMOBILE................. I AM pretty sure U(or whoever...) will need to send apps to someone in Albania(y) to get required DOCS in mail(from ALBANY(not Albania) to buy used car in ???condition........ REALLY !!!! as it is in almost ALL places its better to know someone..... that already knows the system!!!! PAY the fee(convenience, trustee....) or else its: WHO DO U KNOW...........ETC.!!!!!

I wish I could give this place negative stars. Its that bad. All the cars here are junk. With very few exceptions, they have major mechanical issues or serious rot. Green light means nothing here, they will NEVER cancel a sale. Unless its for a friend. I sold a truck there last week, and they cancelled the sale due to a condition THAT I ANNOUNCED. Ive gotten stuck with a couple of clunkers that they refused to cancel the sale on. There is a deep-rooted hypocritical double standard at work here. Its in a bad part of town. There isnt enough parking. The whole place is a dirty, run down dump. The bathrooms are disgusting. The staff is rude, slow, disrespectful, and just generally unhelpful. The garage is small and cramped. All in all, its a dirty, poorly-run, corrupt, ghetto car auction. Take the extra time to go to Adesa, Expressway, Waterloo, Correy, or Stateline. Avoid this place like the stinking cesspool that it is.

So i purchased an item . These people told me they will call back when the part is ready. Mind you I am preparing for travel this weekend which has been canceld because these inconsiderate people didnt let me know the part was ready nor that they close on Saturday! (I LOST OUT ON MONEY BECAUSE OF THESE NON TRUST WORTHY PEOPLE) GO ELSE WHERE THESE PEOPLE DONE CARE ABOUT US !

Junk auction,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, ALL there cars are head gasket, or transmission problem cars, they allow buyers to come in with scaners and mess up the cars.
