If you are lucky to meet the crew and buy a vehicle from this company, you will be truly blessed. These people are angels here on earth. You will never go to another dealership once you have brought one of the very reliable cars and met the wonderful people there. These people will go beyond the call of duty to get you the transportation you need or want. I must let everyone know that iam the first customer to buy a vehicle from this company. Matter of fact the dealership had not opened for business, but they helped me and got me into the vehicle i wanted. They make you feel and treat you like you are a part of their family. My wife and I were researching auto dealerships near the Hampton Roads area but no dealer matched their price and services. We drove to Frederiksburg, VA to get the best deal we ever had regarding car buying. Staff is very honest and professional conducting business. We are so happy with our 2006 Honda Odyssey that we got from them with no mechanical problems whatsoever. Overall, I was surprised with how great shape they keep their cars. Thanks Mac from “EliteAutogroup” for all the hard work that he put into getting our van ready. We were especially pleased with how well Mac treated our young children. Very, VERY disappointed with the service I received. After driving over two hours and being assured guaranteed approval on a particular BMW(via voicemail) my wife and I never seen the vehicle on their lot. Instead insisted on putting us in two different cars that were no where in the ballpark of what we were promised over the telephone "per Rocky" We left this dealership(and I use the term loosely) after a FOUR hour waste of time highly disappointed. After being told that the matter will be corrected, all phone calls and text messages have gone unanswered. I do not recommend this "place" at all, unless your willing and comfortable with having time wasted. If allowable, would be receiving half a star. Thanks in advance for reviewing!!

Long story short, I wanted a specific car that I couldnt find ANYWHERE for the budget I had. I called 7 dealerships requesting the car I wanted, most of them said they couldnt do it, 1 said they would give me a call back (never did), but the only one said that It would be no problem was Elite Auto Group! Dia is an amazing guy, and very knowledgeable. I spoke with him for about 10 minutes on the phone explaining and giving him details on the exact car I wanted, he said it would take about 2 weeks to source the car and have it ready for sale. I finally was able to find my Dream car! Thanks to you guys, I had awesome car buying experience!

Please with all sincerity dont buy a car here please...i brought a 2008 toyota avalon . i literally had it 5 days and it ran hot ...had to come out pocket with 600 $ because the warranty didnt cover everything. As of today i had the car 5 months .i put on a new serpentine belt...new brakes and rotors...new strutes...and i need a cv axel ...if the car is used or not ...i should not have to be doing all this maintenance so early....and the owners son is the one who sold me the car ...he said he put 6000 in maintenance on car ..i kno thats a lie because i put alot of money in that car already myself. ..plz dont go there it not worth it

FRAUDULENT LIARS. I ran this store for 30 days and was in shock with the blatant disregard of customers and employees. I quit after witnessing fraud, lies, dishonor, bad checks to vendors and employees and more. More specific customer reviews to come. I simply couldnt listen to the constant customer complaints about lies as well as the lies about paying the staff as agreed. (Full disclosure, myself included) Perfect example is at least 3 of the positive reviews are FRAUDENTLY posted by the AWADALLAH family who owns the dealership and a friend and employee RAZA KHAN. If you want to be upside down on your vehicle after paying on it for 6 years, go to Elite Auto Group. If you want to be lied to, talked to as if youre uneducated, & deal with deceitful small used car stores, this is the place to go. If you want to have consistent issues with your freshly purchased vehicle, go to Elite Auto Group. My advice: Go to a real dealership and save yourself the time & aggravation. The entire staff & especially the owner Andy Awadallah, are extremely crooked when it comes to taking responsibility. This establishment is a joke, a bad one too. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Cars have fake inspection stickers, dont have buyers guides in the windows ,are not maintained . wheel fell off on a customers volvo on the way home . cars sold with bald tires . and blown headgaskets. Trucks stuck in 4x4. They dont even charge the oil in cars before they re-sell them. Salesmen are thieves and liars. managmentis the worst Ive ever seen . youll have to wait an hour for someone to talk to you. Everyone please dont by a car here .you will regret it

Do not go here!!! They are nice ppl but horrible unprofessional business men. For over a week they had excuses why we couldnt drive our car we found online off the lot. Like the had to fire their entire staff for stealing and great aunt was sick!!! Not to be cold but what does any of tht hv to do with our deal. Might not hv the best credit but went off their word saying they got a deal done ! Just sad bcuz I liked them....

My experience with Elite Auto was the best i can ever imagine possible......... Everything was fast and easy from the choice driving the car home. The staff was so nice and honest providing information assistance. When I came back a few days later cause having issues with my front tires, they replace both tires with brand new and change my oil and clean my car, all for free. Yes! FREE!!! Best customer service.......

Absolutely the worst car buying experience! I bought a truck. Drove it 30 feet and the check engine light comes on. Take it to a mechanic and it had a blown head gasket. I took it back less then 24 hours later and they charged me $4000 to undo the deal. 4 days later they sold it to another person. It took over 60 days for them to send back the money to my bank!
