In regards to the purchase of Dominion, and the evaluation of procedures and policies, this is none of my business and it shouldn’t affect the customer service. When I bought my truck, I was promised Inspections for life. This policy was terminated after I bought my truck which in no way was my fault. I don’t need to know details about the whys and why nots. In future purchases, how can I trust that these type of promises will be validated? Why is there not a “Grandfather” clause? To tell you the truth, this is not the main reason why I was upset this morning. I was treated with little to no respect as soon as I walked in the door. I spoke in regards to concern about the AC in my truck and was immediately told the cost. This did not make me feel valued as a customer at all and more like a way for you to make money. There was no willingness to discuss the issue at hand. I grew up learning the “customer is always right”, but I guess things have changed. I was then told the cost of the inspection, in which I asked why this would not be covered like in previous years. I was told that I paid for this last year (which I did not). The argumentative nature of the conversation took this mornings experience to a new level. I am very disappointed in how this all went down. I hope you can understand my frustration and hopefully having my feedback can prevent this from happening in the future to other customers.

I just wanted to reach out and and let everybody know the professionalism I received from Justin Pulci at Rick Hendricks Chevrolet. As a manager myself, I know how hard it can be to work the long hours and deal with different personalities (which can be downright nasty) on a regular basis. Justin turned a sour situation into one of which will have me sending any and all referrals your way. With what I am going through with my pops, he made this process turn into an enjoyable experience. Between the Finance Director Aaron, following up and Justin working under pressure as we were constantly under tight time frames from picking up kids, relatives from the airport, dealing with the death and arrangements of a funeral for my pops, and a wife who was highly turned off by a company from the last finance gentlemen. I know the importance of being told when a job is well done (and consequently also when done wrong), you both have succeeded with flying colors! Again, I just wanted you both and the public to know how much I appreciate everything you all did! Leased my first car from Jarrett. He made it super easy, and spent as much time as was needed to make me feel comfortable. I am definitely the type to get buyers remorse immediately after a big decision like a car, but he made the experience fun and low stress. Between telling jokes and genuinely caring about my concerns, he acted nothing like a typical salesman. He didnt try to convince me of anything, or attempt to sell me any expensive packages. We went for a test drive in multiple vehicles and it was never a bother. For the dealership itself, I am so glad that I chose to go there. They have a huge selection and it is not hard to find what you are looking for. Management was friendly, and almost everyone that sees you says hello. Definitely stop in when you are ready for a new car and ask for Jarrett. He will at least get you started on your journey to a new vehicle by being patient and answering any questions you have without making you feel like a pest. He wont pressure you into anything. I loved every minute of my experience. I moved to New Jersey and even thought about commuting back to see Jarrett for my next vehicle.

I had an amazing experience this past weekend at Rick Hendrick with Elliott! I came in after going to another dealer ship in town where I feel like I was not taken seriously and wasnt given the sort of help that I needed. I was very pleased when I was greeted and treated with respect at Hendrick! Elliott listened to what I was looking for and my budget and did everything in his power to get me the best car for my needs within my budget. I walked away the owner of a brand new 2017 Sonic RS and I cant believe it! Thanks so much to Rick Hendrick and especially Elliott and Paul for getting me an AMAZING deal and being so endlessly friendly and fun to work with! I hope I can continue buying from Rick Hendrick in the future. Edit - I am a young female and I went in all on my own. I had done this other places and been treated like I couldnt possibly be serious, but not at Rick Hendrick. Even my own mother couldnt believe Id gotten such a good deal without my dad or boyfriend with me. Take that sexism! Elliott is the best.

Called the service department 3 (or was it 4) times. No answer, the front desk/reception answered once, transfer me, same merry-go-around, no answer in the service department. Left a voice message. Went on the site, used the "Contact us", sent a message. This attempt at getting an appointment started in the morning and continued until after lunch. Later that evening, yes evening, like after 5pm, got a call about buying a car, I stated, "no maam, not looking to buy a car, I need service on my existing vehicle". Response, "sir I will have someone from the Service Department contact you". Nothing. Nothing. When this place was Dominion Chevrolet, the service was awesome. I guess this worked out, found a nearer, dealership with better service. This nearer Dealership even gave me a service discount of $100 for being a Veteran.

I absolutely loved whom I purchased my car from and I had a wonderful experience with the help of Jarrett getting me in a car. But as far as my paper work went months after I began receiving multiple phone calls from Rick Hendricks disclosing some of my paper work needed to be resigned, at first I had no issues resigning documents but it began to continue on for almost a year after I purchased my car Mandy Badias continuously contacted me to review over and resign documents that he had failed with during my initial signing process, to sum things up I am a bit irritated at the numerous phone calls and dysfunction that has accumulated over someone elses mistakes as far as purchasing from Hendricks again I might just have to go elsewhere to know that my signing is actually properly documented.

From the moment we arrived on the lot everyone was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Clarence Jordan was an amazing salesman. He went over all my options and listened to what I wanted instead of trying to put me into a vehicle I wasnt interested in. The sales department manager, Chris Williams, was very kind and helpful. They take their time and explain everything. Blair Penny in finance made sure that I understood all of my options and what I would and wouldnt be getting. I had never bought a car from a dealer before and I honestly was terrified. They made it painless and very easy going. My dad, who has bought his fair share of cars, said that when he buys another car he will definitely be going to to Hendricks because of the service I received when I went.
