As a PREVIOUS satisfied customer who wrote a glowing, positive review for Best Auto of Manassas, I must take all of those words back as I am now bearing the repercussions of SHADY business. Purchased end of January 2016, Ive only had my 2001 Volvo S80 for THREE months and did not expect to run into over $500 of repairs and counting with my car falling apart before my eyes. I discovered the truth about the car after I had an emissions check done in order to get my tags renewed....I found out that I failed due to bad codes. The car did not give me any issue at that point so I was very shocked that it did not pass the test. Well come to find out, the check engine light was PURPOSELY deactivated and was sold to me this way by Shala and Mike. Heavy sludge, ac compression, camshaft and more are just among the many issues that I am finding out about this car I bought from Best Auto of Manassas. Even after calling them, they acted as if they did not know who I was or remember when the purchase happened! Its so bad that after already spending money on major repairs, Ive had a trustworthy mechanic in DC look at the car and tell me "how much do you really like this car? because you will be spending your money fixing it." To say how DISAPPOINTED I am over this purchase is an understatement as a young student who depends on driving in a metroless town. I had many other car options but went with Best Auto of Manassas as I saw the number of positive reviews. Do not TRUST these people and do not buy from them unless you like playing Russian roulette with a big purchase. I cant even say they are the best at all anymore. How about WORST Auto of Manassas instead? Sincerely, A pissed and scorned customer.

I drove two hours one way and had an appointment to see a vehicle at 11am. Showed up at 1050 and there was only a mechanic there, who ignored me and walked away when i tried to talk to him. A second person showed up at 1110 and asked if he wanted me to have him call the sales person. After the phone call he told me they could help me in an hour or two. The vehicle i was supposed to see was still parked behind 3 other cars despite being told it would be up front for"easy access" for me to see it. I then decided to head home. After i got home they called me back and said i could come back to see the car then or set another appointment up tomorrow. POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE!!!! Very shady stay away!

This is the boyfriend of this user on google. Me and my girlfriend both bought cars from this dealership, only ONE salesman at this dealership is a good hearted person, he isnt the boss so im not saying anything wrong with him. With that being said BOTH of the cars that we got broke down right after leaving the lot. We tried to return the vehicles under the "warranty" they have on stickers on the front windshields, but the boss said we got the cars as is so we couldnt return them. The costs to fix the cars are the same amount as the prices listed on the vehicles. I highly recommend not going to this dealership only due to the fact that the boss is a weasel, but if you do ask for Marcos.

I am a recident of Baltimore MD I bought a car from Best Auto of Manassas INC , I asked Mike " what if my car inspection doesnt pass MD inspection " the owner of the dealer Mike promised me that if anything from the inspection of MD fails that he would help me fix it , my car had a minor issue and the inspection failed so I came to Mike and he helped me step by step threw everything and i took it back to MD and it passed the inspection . I AM SOOOO HAPPY WITH THIS DEALERSHIP AND EVERYONE THAT WORKS HERE ! They are so nice and they treat you like family ! I am totally coming back here , and I recomend this to EVERYONE!

They suck!!! we bought a car from best auto of manassas and the lady thats suppodley the owner of this company at first treats you all nice but once you sign a contract with them they dont care about their customers. The car they sold us did not have any problems at first but one month later the car started to give us problems we called best auto and they told us that they cant do nothing about it and hung up on my call what type of dealership is this ???? Treating us customers bad!!! I dont recommend anybody to buy any cars for best auto its the worst experience ive had .

The staff at Best Auto of Manassas treated me like family. I came from out of state to buy a car. Mike picked me up from the airport. Shahla is one of the kindest people I have ever met. She went out of her way to make me feel welcome. I had to take the car cross country and there were a few things I needed fixed. Mike had the mechanic fix them for me. The mechanic was also very nice. They gave me a warranty with the car that included roadside assistance in case I were to have a problem on my 2400 mile drive.

Would love to give them zero, but sadly I cant. Had a vehicle from them for 6 weeks (200 miles or so) and it died. Took it to a local mechanic and it needs $3000.00 worth of repairs. When I called Mike and told him about the vehicle he sold me, he laughed at me and said, "As is" and hung up. The mechanic said it should not have passed VA state inspection, but somehow it did. Do not do business here. You will only end up spending more money fixing it and getting it ready for your respective state inspection.

Be carful buying car at this dealer they will try to cheat you anyway, from pricing,up to warranty which is pure lie, my engine was broken and they dont want to cover,also waranty on 3 months is cover certain parts only up to 500 $ no more,dealer will not tell you that,be careful what you are signing, if you buying car,when my engine explode i could die on road, and when i call them Mike told me i dont care dont call me anymore...anyway,my advice stay away from them

Today 09/03/2016 I bought a car for the first time today and Im so happy!!! I purchased my car 2009 Nissan Altima , Shala sales person helped me a lot, she called insurance for me, she gives free Warranty , They have very good quality cars and very good price , she is a beautiful person, both inside and out. she cares about customers , we are so happy my wife and I ,,, we love you Best Auto , we will come back again Thank you!
