We purchased a vehicle from 610 Motorsports approx. 35 days ago. We made several trips to test drive the vehicle and even had a family member look at it to the best of his ability. We bought it with our own financing making the sell VERY easy, maybe too easy! Now 35 days later the vehicle is at a mechanic having a new front axel assembly, calipers, 4 brakepads, and roters put on it. Thankfully we bought an extended warranty but not everything is covered. Shame on us for not having the vehicle checked out by a mechanic before we bought it. We will never purchase a vehicle again from a small dealer, due to what we got from 610 Motorsports. We were hoping they might offer to pay for half of what we are now going to need to pay out of pocket (1300) after just a little more than a month of owning the vehicle we purchased from them. They did however pay for the axcel assembly after I called them since the warranty wouldnt cover it due to its failure from the CV boot that they repaired. We even asked if we could just return the vehicle and get our money back, only to be told "nobody does that"! We should have known this was turning bad very quickly when approx. 1 week after we had the vehicle the oil light came on and we had to add 4.5 qts of oil to the vehicle. Also, prior to purchasing the vehicle we asked that they replace the cv boot due to a small amt of bearing grease we found. They did replace it, but come to find out after taking it to our mechanic for everything above, they used a zip tie to attach the cv boot. When we talked to them about these things, there was no comment (of course). When we asked if the vehicle REALLY was inspected as it was supposed to have been prior to selling the extended warranty we were told it was, but back in April (so I guess all of this could have occured after the inspection???) I understand that there is risk associated with buying a used vehicle but what happened to the days of standing by what you sell. That is what keeps people coming back and referring new customers which keeps your business thriving. Clearly this is not the mentality of 610 Motorsports.....VERY disappointing.

I had an excellent experience with 610 Autos. I found the car I was interested in through Car Guru. Their website had a thorough description of the car and pictures. I was able to view the carfax report from their website before contacting them! When I did email with interest in the car, I received a prompt phone call response. The receptionist was professional and very helpful. After our call she sent me a confirmation email with their address, and the name of the owner who Id be speaking with. She even called to make sure I was confortable with how to get to the dealership. Marcos, the owner, met me when I arrived and the car was ready for a test drive... He also had a printed carfax report for me. My entire experience with Marcos was no-pressure, honest, and fair. I will be picking up my car today and I am elated to have found a very well maintained used car at a fair price. I went to many used dealerships in stafford and fredricksburg, with dirty cars and vague information about the cars history or condition. I should also say the quality of every car on the 610 lot was consistent. I am SO relieved to have found 610 and my "new" car!

I purchased a GMC Envoy truck this past weekend and had one of the BEST car shopping experiences ever! Marcos is such a GREAT guy and his assistant was a sweetheart. It was a very hot day and his assistant made sure that we were comfortable and kept us hydrated with water. I fell in love with how Marcos provided thorough information about the cars on his lot and his honesty. He is NOT the "average" dealer that goes to auctions to buy cars to make a $2k-$3k profit and then you drive off to end up needing work done on the car. This guy hand picks his cars to ensure that his customers are satisfied. Not to mention, you can review the car fax report for every car on his lot before you even get there. I would recommend anyone who is currently car shopping to go here. I drove over an hour to get there and feel that this was the best decision that I could have made. I could not be happier with my truck and the "non-pressured" experience that I had. I will definitely be returning when I am ready to purchase again and referring my family/friends!!! Keep up the GREAT work Marcos!!! ***Hi-5***

I purchased two vehicles from 610 over the past two years, both of which run great. 2001 Acura CL & 2003 Acura TSX. With both vehicles, I havent had any issues worth mentioning. I walked up to the dealership with a price in mind for the TSX and the owner worked out a fair deal for both parties. The purchasing process was extremely easy and fast. I received a call from the sales manager during the holidays to see how much vehicle was running and to wish me happy holidays. Very professional and very friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone of my friends or family. It seems as if the people below that left 1 star comments dont know the used car industry very well, or have an emotional grudge with the owner or sales guys. You are purchasing a used car. These dealerships do everything they can ensure they are selling you a quality car. Do you think they want to sell you a junk car that you constantly come back to them to get fixed? 610 was just as good if not better than any other dealership Ive worked with. Do your research before purchasing and you wont have any issues.

I came from out of state to buy a good used car. Drove by the 610 Ultimate Auto lot, had to turn around due to the nice selection. A very nice young lady suggested I take the Jag for a test drive, very nice car. It was everything I wanted in a car. Was looking for that style of car and price range. Upon meeting Marcos we talked briefly and he suggested that I take this Mini Cooper he had for a test drive. Reluctantly I did. He promised it would be a fun test drive.....45 minutes later I returned. He was right, I had a blast. I was hooked. He discounted the asking price. There was no turning back. He had me at the test drive. It took 14 hours to get back home. Was a heck of a test drive. Not one single problem. Hubby was worried about that as I drive it solo. Just as Marcos stated. It ran like a top. My hubby is very happy with my choice of car and has fun driving it too, when I let him. I will definitely buy from Marcos again. So a big thank you to Marcos and staff.

We got a 2001 Dodge Ram 1500 in Jan 2010 and we’ve already had to replace all the brakes and the transmission and also the fuel injection is bad on it and also we noticed that the piece around the windshield that keeps it in there is half way torn off. We traded in our 1980 Chevy Silverado for the down payment. The ram cost 6,998 and he said he gave us 3500 for the truck so that would have been half the cost of the new one so we would only owe 3000 on the Ram. When everything was all done and over with we now owe 14500 on the Ram. My brother also purchased a Grand Am from them and not even a week after having it the motor blew and the warrants wouldn’t cover anything so they’re a waste of money. There scam artist and only rig up their vehicles to make it off the lot DO NOT buy a vehicle from them unless you want to pay tripe for what it’s worth and have a vehicle that will break down in less than a month.
