Worst service ever. Not only did they not show up at the time frame they provided, but they didnt bother to call and let me know they were running hours late. When I called them to confirm they were still coming the delivery driver Elliot started yelling at me. I called the store and they kept me on hold for a while.. the sales man who assisted me, Alan said sorry theyre a third party company and theres nothing I can do... ask for manager and they said he wasnt available until the next week..after giving them 2 additional hours to show up no one ever did. I called to get a refund and requested a confirmation but was told they would not do my refund until tomorrow when they had the washer and dryer in their possession.. are you kidding. They refused to send me any confirmation via email even after requesting it twice. Buyers be aware! Do not buy from here. Poor service, their low prices do not make up for the horrible service. Very sad and disappointed.

Your delivery guy was awesome he gave me a window between noon and three for delivery. And showed up at 20 after 12 took out my old machine make sure my dryer was hooked up properly installed the new machine even ran it to make sure it went through its process correctly. I would highly recommend this gentleman for anything that he wants to do . And I will go to spencers TV and appliance again when I need by new dishwasher but thats going to be a couple months from now thanks guys prescient all your help youre awesome.

Ive dealt w this company for some years and they were my go to appliance vendor. However recently Ive had a troubled refrigerator that Ive had them out to on numerous occasions, they even swapped it out per my tenant. Replaced unit is now leaking nor staying cold. Spoke w Jim who then sent me to Goldwing (in-house repair company) who basically stated they were to busy. Thanks, but Ill take my business elsewhere.

Spencers sent their installers to our home to remove our new Bosch dishwater and re-install it. The delivery people didnt install it properly. The water supply was crimped and the discharge hose was not installed according to code. Both items were corrected by the installers and they did it without damaging our wood flooring. We were very satisfied with their work and with Spencers in correcting this issue.

The delivery guy came just when he said,between 10am and noon. He was very courteous and took his time removing the old unit being careful not to hit the walls etc. I was surprised to see that Spencers only had one guy to move and install these large double door units. He installed the new unit, connected the water line made sure the unit was operating correctly before I signed off the job was complete.

Purchased a really nice washer dryer set in 2016. My warranty expired and when I called they came out and helped me. The customer service was great from the person answering the phone to the repairman. I am so pleased with the product and service that I would recommend them to everyone. I have also purchased from them in the past and never had any issues.

Horrible Customer Service. Id Never Reccomend Anyone Shop There Or Use Their Services. Faulty Equipment, Repair Process For Equipment Is Always Delayed Weeks To Months At A Time. They Are Always Sketchy With Missing Replacement/Repair Appointments, They Will Literally Show Up And Tag The Door "Missed Appt" Without Calling Or Knocking.

Sale person at 2nd hand appliance was helpful. Store was clean well organized. Delivery service was very friendly and kept us up dated on delivery. Got the address off my I pad Said it was 10 m It was 17 to the address but there was nothing their but a lumber yard. Got home and tried to phone them. They answered but couldnt hear me. I said I would phone back. I did. 20 rings No answer. They lost a for sure sale on the fridge.

I purchased a refurbished dryer for a rental property via phone since I live out of state. They delivered and set up the next day. I cannot comment on how the dryer works since I have not seen it but I appreciate the very speedy service. My property manager said all went very well! Thanks

From walking into store, to the final purchase the salesman was great and the refrig was delivered on time as promised . for $50.00 it was delivered and my old refrig was removed Couldnt have had better people from the salesman to the dilverey man great people

I would not recommend buying anything from this place. The lack of customer service and how unprofessional it is, is mind blowing. I was hung up on by a guy named Jim when they sent the wrong raggedy refrigerator to my home. Horrible place and customer service!
