bought an LG Refrigerator in February 2015 it is now August 2015 and have had 6 repair appointments to try to stop the noise in this refrigerator. When we bought it they sold us on how quiet it was going to be WRONG. Weve been dealing with LG appliances and now we want Best Buy to replace this refrigerator it sounds like indians are in there beating a drum

Awful. Stay away. Worst experience I have ever had. Sales nice enough but service was terrible. Free install only applies to some appliances - ones that can be plugged in. Does not include dishwaher or microwave. Delivery took over a month and charged anyway.

Sold appliances and told during delivery that part of the order was out of stock. Had to wash my own clothes in the bathtub for a week...this is what I got for $4,200.

I like to shop at BestBuy, but their appliance price is just not attractive. You can simply find better price and model somewhere else.
