I ordered an exercise bike, which I was informed would be delivered to the store the next Friday. I needed/requested home delivery and assembly. The store said they would deliver and assemble the following Wednesday. Why the delay? Because Mondays and Tuesdays are reserved for deliveries to distant towns/addresses. Originally I said OK, but later canceled the order. I live about a half mile from the store, but I cant schedule a delivery for three days because two of those days are reserved for deliveries out of town? I decided that store policy was not suitable, reasoning that, if nothing else, the store could drive by my house and complete my order on the way out of town. If the delivery policy meets the stores needs, fine. But, it doesnt meet my needs.

If I could give them negative 5 I would. New home owner, and decided to buy a new washer/dryer for my house. The salesman was under qualified to say the least. Questions that were not answered completely, misleading. Delivery day, we discover the dryer was not compatible with the hook ups in the house. I ended up paying $200 dollars more fore the upgraded dryer(due to misinformation). Then the extra gas hookups to run the dryer. Not once was anyone willing to work with me on the price. Followed by an unfortunate turn of events, the entire control panel went out in the washer. Warranty was out over 1 month, and was basically told "its not our problem" Thank you for showing what horrible customer service you have. I will never use you again.

My range broke after 13 months and they would not take the warranty. I had to wait two weeks until a repair person came and order a part, +$250 and they had to order a part. Another 2 weeks and repair person came, and part ordered was broken. They are ordering the part a second time. I have been without a range 6 weeks now. I sm told sears products have planned obsolescence for 3 years, based on my experience its one year. Within one year broken refrigerator, ice maker and now range. I strongly suggest you do NOT buy anything from Sears.

Sears Bozeman, represents the importance of small town stores. Jason went above and beyond to help us purchase and deliver our washer and dryer. Not only was he knowledgeable with the products but also helped us when we had issues with our trailer while loading. It was -17 and and he spent hours working with us trying to get the trailer lights to work. He was incredible, will shop at Sears Bozeman next time we shop!

I have shopped at Sears for 12 years & have wonderful appliances & yard & garden tools & Craftsman tractor lawnmower..My experience with the owners & sales people has been courteous & informative. Even if a product,once unboxed, is not working or is damaged, they have remedied the issue quickly. My experience has been excellent.

I purchased a Samsung washer and dryer from Colleen the owner and the dryer was dented on the top when they delivered it. I called multiple times and left messages for Colleen, she never called me back. Service SUCKS. ... She is just after the sale. Shop elsewhere!

Owners very happy to take your money for a lawn tractor but wont even talk to you when the product has a problem that is under warranty. Cant get a technician for 8 days and hopefully they have the parts available as I dont think my grass will stop growing.

I was in this store for the first time today, and I was very impress. The sales staff was extremely informative, and very helpful. Would recommend anyone who is looking for an appliance to be sure and stop in this store before buying anywhere else.
