After spending 6800.00 dollars on appliances, the customer service was terrible. The delivery was messed up and even though I was given a home delivery date , if I hadnt called to confirm, my appliances would have been shipped to a warehouse for pick up. I was given a 2 hour window and they were 5 hours late without a call. I had to call the store twice to check if they were still coming. Lastly one of the appliances I bought was on back order and that was not communicated with me until the day before I got my appliances. Then, I was given a 2 week time frame. After the 2 weeks ,I called to see when I would get the appliance and they said it would be at least another 2 weeks. I cancelled the order and got the same appliance from best buy in 5 days. I will not be giving them my business in the future. Terrible experience !

My Husband and I went in to Buy a dryer after looking online at the Dryers at Sears. And we were ready to spend the money and get a New dryer, BUT I would Like to Thank the salesman because if he had even done his job a Little bit we would of spend at least 600 plus on a new dryer, BUT because he did not do his job, my husband came home and looked at our dryer more carefully and googling a few solutions and he was able to fix our Dryer for only $7. So we are back in business and I would like to Thank Sears for saving us money we didnt need to spend. Keep Hiring salespeople like this and more people will leave frustrated and Maybe do what we did Thank you

Do not go here, do not buy from Sears. The sellman wrote down the wrong code for home delivery.( said delivery/set up instead) I took time off to receive the appliances and they would not come to deliver on the agreed date. I called at 7:30 AM and they said it was the store problem, they could not do anything. After spending $3000, this is the service that you get. I also called the delivery department the night before who said the appliance were coming. No one seems to know what they are doing. Do not buy from Sears.

Very enjoyable experience at Sears. The store is clean and well laid out. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy. Was a very laid back experience. I would highly recommend this location for home appliance purchases to anyone and will be returning to this location for future purchases myself.
