Giving a 2 star because they tried to pull one over on me by raising my price $2. Doesnt seem like much I know but the fact that I didnt receive any notification that my price would be raised per month is not how you do business. I signed a contract for a specific and agreed upon amount. When I called to inquire about the price increase the customer service representative told me that "it is stated at the bottom of the March/April invoice that a price increase would be implemented" so of course I went and looked at the invoice and couldnt for the life of me find it. She continued to tell me "this is what we were told from our management as to where it would be on the invoice". I undedtand thats what youre told to say but still I dont see the fine print mentioning a price increase on my invoice. When you sign a contract and agree to pay a price for something all parties have agreed upon that amount. The least you can do is give me a call or notification that the price will increase. Dont try and slip in a few extra dollars and think that I wont see it show up on my account and bank statements. It doesnt matter if it was only a 2 cent increase. The proper and professional way to handle business is to let your customer/ consumer know of the price change and give them the option as to either continue with your service or decline/ cancel service if not locked into a term contract.

They gave me decent machines. I have had them for about 2 years now and still working. So no CS experience as of yet. The thing I hate about this company is that they are insane with their billing. They make me think that they are about to close the doors. My monthly bill is less then $50 / month. Yet they send me payment reminder notices, call me on the phone to tell me to pay the bill ect. I am single divorced male who works 70 hours a week as a SOFTWARE ENGINEERING . i spend very little time paying bills. I usually pay bills maybe once every 2 or 3 months (paying in advance to save time later). These guys go nuts the second I owe them a single dime. I have blocked them from calling my cell phone. This has given me a piece of mind but really what a bunch of jack asses. Further more they recently started charging a 7 / month late fee. How dumb are they, the thing they must not realize is that at the current price it almost a break even situation anyway minus some headaches assuming that the cs is worth a dammed. So now I see the late fees stacking up and it got me thinking that its no longer worth it I am currently considering new job offers (as they are offering huge pay bumps) otherwise I would run out and just buy my own and get rid of theses clowns. As it is I am not in great position to do that as I might end up relocating.

Only gave it one star cause I had too. This company stinks. I payed all my bills and even triple checked when there was a website error and ended up paying more money, now they keep having their robots call me. I got a call at 7 am this morning. It woke us up. Then they didnt have time for me. I would have been better off buying a washer and dryer on Craigslist. Dont use this company. Disrespectful, uncaring, snooty and rude. My washer and dryer didnt even come the day they said they would. They didnt notify me or anything. I stayed at home all day for NOTHING. this is a no good company.

Appliance Warehouse is rude, antagonistic and annoying. Old, dirty, dented and damaged machines dropped off only to break several days later. Customer service ignores E-Mails when the situation doesnt cater to them. Customer service treats people as being unreasonable for requesting repairs and decent service. You can buy a new washer for the price of 9 months of their 1 star service. They manipulate data in work orders to hassle their customers and enjoy upsetting people. Cannot wait to cancel this service.

I have always rented for my previous apartments from appliance warehouse, but now that I own a home I wanted a full size washer/dryer. love their fast service as always! I owned the space looking units and broke down often! love the size of the washer and dyer plus the time that it takes compared to the new fancy expensive models! Appliance warehouse to the rescue!

We had a good experience with Appliance Warehouse. I rented from them in 2013 and continued to rent until this month. I signed up for the upgraded units (rather than the basic) and never had a problem with the appliances or the service. They deliver, they pick up and their website is easy.

They literally charge $5 for scratch protection even though they are delivered bent and scratched bup anyways.
