Called them out for a refrigerator repair it has been 14 days that I ha e been waiting for thwm to repair it. I was told 2 days. Got overcharged on the labor, it is not what I was quoted hourly. I keep getting told they will come out tomorrow, tomorrow comes and goes and no one showed up or calls..... however the owner did call me to correct the situation and seemed very sincere he also discounted a portion of my bill. I would probably give them a second chance since they cared enough to call me ans fix the situation....fast forward less than a week. The part they replaced didnt work or it was not the problem. I text them and told them that my fridge was still at 66 degrees and asked if I could have a refund and they could have the part back or for them to come and fix the real problem....I never got an answer call or returned message back from them.

Their tech came out and diagnosed our fridge with a broken fan motor in the fridge. He gave me a part number to order and told us to call and they would come back out and put the part in. Well I have made two appointments and they keep no showing me and dont even bother to call back and reschedule. So I got fed up and started to put the part in my self and what do you know its the wrong part. Their "tech" had me order a part that doesnt even go to my fridge. Worse I plugged in the fridge and the fan works fine. I researched more online and the problem is common with the condensor drain freezing up. So I paid 45 dollars for a tech that had me order the wrong replacement part for a part that wasnt even broken. Complete Idiot. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! 100 Dollars Wasted. USE ANY OTHER REPAIR SERVICE.

I paid George Smith over $800 to have him fix our commercial refrigerator and looks like we just lost our money. It still works exactly the same as before he took our money (or rather does not work), and now he does not answer our calls, nor return our messages or text messages. My wife even called using a different telephone number and he did return that call, but as soon as he heard her voice, he hung up and now wont answer calls from that number either. I am taken aback with Georges dishonesty! Sadly, he states on his website being military Veteran. I know older veterans and they have always shown the military used to instill honesty on service men. Have things changed?!? We will take him to court now to get our money back

I was very disappointed and very unhappy with the work that was done on my refrigerator 5 months ago. after calling numerous times to have it corrected my calls/txt msgs were ignored. i let it go because im not one to write a bad review however i just found out yesterday that the same issues that were supposedly fixed have surfaced again, i was informed by this new company i called that not only was my issue 5 months ago not corrected but the cooling system that George said he replaced was never replaced. George seems to be full of excuses when it comes to his bad reviews, how about taking ownership and correcting the issues the first time and calling your customers back, that would go a lot further then making excuses.

George, the owner was incredibly knowledgable when we spoke on the phone to assess what the problem might be with our dryer. In our experience calling around, he was very up-front about the cost for labor & parts whereas most places in the El Paso area were not readily addressing that information so that we could compare prices as consumers. He very swiftly came to do an inspection, and once we realized it was not the dryer itself, he was able to remedy and repair the situation which ended up being our electrical box. Very happy with our decision to hire El Paso Appliance Repair & George was friendly and efficient. Punctuality was also a major plus and all around did a professional job. Highly recommend. A+ business.

Left voicemail and Jorge called back within 5 minutes. Explained situation with a.c. unit he said he could have tech out in 30 minutes. Tech named Saul was out in 20 fixed issue in 10. Keep in mind company I was referred to by builder said no techs available until Wednesday and today is Saturday! With 100 degree weather outside no way I could have waited. Saul was polite and professional took the time to explain a few things. Before he left said if we ever needed anything else theyd be available. Fantastic customer service experience overall as a result if I ever need any appliance repair needs theyll be the first company I call. Thanks gentleman!! My kids and I are very appreciative.

Jorge was great! I called and they were able to come out the same day and give an estimate. I have two sets of whirlpool cabrio(s), one I have owned for 5 years but has a bad bearing and a newer set that I inherited with my new home purchase. The new set needed a new suspension system and shaft. They assessed both washers and I was advised that it was cheaper and better to repair my old whirlpool cabrio platinum washer. They completed the work in a timely manner and saved me at least a few hundred dollars by not repairing that newer cabrio that needed a whole lot more work. Parts and work also came with a warranty. I will recommend them to anyone that needs an appliance repaired.

Not once but twice, Ive called these guys late in the evening with oven repair issues - one of them a potential gas leak. Both times, Reuben answered the phone and spent several minutes talking me through the problem. He was generous with his time and very knowledgable. Though we didnt end up hiring them - once because the problem resolved itself and once because my landlord had a relationship with another company - I was so grateful and impressed that I asked if I could send a small check as a token of appreciation. Reuben gracefully turned it down and requested just a positive review. So here it is: these guys are honest and capable. Highly recommended.

This is a review based on my opinion on the service I believe I received. The folks I spoke to over the phone were very polite and professional. First experience left a bad taste in my mouth. Bad feedback after diagnosis was done on water heater. Worst yet I initially advised that I would still like the repair done, but never received a follow up call and didnt answer my calls. Edit Receive a concerned call about review as always very polite and asked if anything could be done to win me over. Unfortunately, the heater has been repaired by another company. I must say I was never charged for the trip when the diagnostic was done so theres that.

I first attempted to use the online repair request form on the companys website. It didnt work. That should have been my first clue that El Paso Appliance Repair doesnt have its act together. So I telephoned them and set up a service call for the next day between 12 and 2 pm. I waited and waited and waited some more for the repair technician to show up. I didnt even receive a phone call from the company explaining the delay or no-show. I called the company twice, and they didnt even bother picking up the phone. Thanks, El Paso Appliance Repair, for wasting my whole afternoon.
