This link is listed with Address of Tucson Appliance so here goes: I purchased a LG Refrigerator from Tucson Appliance in February of 2011 along with a 5 Year extended warranty, I was thinking lets support a local company rather than the Big Box appliance store. On June 17, 2015 the water line failed, I was thinking what a nice choice to go local, picked up the phone and called them to come service the line. They said the first appointment was more than a week away, I figured ok I will take that one. The lady had my order in front of her and confirmed my fridge model number. The Morning of 24th the service rep Mike called and said I will be there between 1-3. I was thinking typical Cable guy type window. 3PM rolls around no Mike, 3:15 No Mike No Call, finally I pick up the phone to call the guy he says "yeah I am on the way". He shows up at 03:30 smelling like an ash tray, literally I had to spray the house when he left it was that bad. He pops in, looks at the taped up water line and says "yup, we have to order that kit" I asked dude, I told the lady a week ago my model number and told her I had a visible leak in the line, are you telling me I cant send a photo so you can arrive with my part. He says, not the way it works. I call to complain but really doesnt do much good. So now I am WAITING, WAITING, WAITING for my line to be repaired, buying water and Ice from the store. On August 6th he call to say they have the part and can do the repair, he arrives on time this time does the repair and leaves, I am thinking Finally, spray the house down to kill the ash tray odor. No Friends this saga is not over yet, 30 minutes after he leaves the fridge beeps and clicks and an error message pops up ER CF, I call mike he says "error compressor failure" but I wasnt working by the Compressor." I say buddy the fridge ran and worked well until 30 minutes after your left pretty sure you hosed something up. He comes back the next day and says "oh, the line I installed was hitting the Compressor Fan, that was the noise and error. Once again, I deodorize the house and think Thank you Thank You this saga is finally ended just a few days short of 2 Months. Seriously, 2 Months for a water line kit installation. Dont buy local folks, not at Tucson Appliance it is a sell sell sell environment and once you are out the door they completely forget you are a customer.

WORST COMPANY EVER! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME IN BUYING NOT A SINGLE APPLIANCE 1ST OF ALL THEY MESSED UP MY PARENTS WARRANTY SINCE THEY PURCHASE AN APPLIANCE THERE AND GAVE THEM SOMEONE ELSE INFO ! 2ND THE APPLIANCE SUPPOSEDLY HAD WARRANTY AND THEY CANT FIX IT THEYVE TAKEN THE MACHINE VARIOUS TIMES TO THERE SHOP AND BROUGHT IT BACK THE SAME OR WORSE ! JUST GAVE THEM A RUN AROUND SENDING THERE RUDE TECHS OUT! AND NOW THEY JUST WAITED FOR WARRANTY TO EXPIRE TO SAY ITS AN ELECTRICITY PROBLEM AND ITS ON MY PARENTS BEHALF TO FIX IT OR THEY WILL BE CHARGE. WHEN IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH ELECTRICITY! OOOHHH AND NOW THEY CAME UP WITH THE IDEA IN CHARGING MY PARENTS IF THEY SEND ONE OF THERE RUDE TECHS OUT AGAIN TO JUST LOOK AT BECAUSE THATS BASICALLY WHAT THEY DO LOOK AT NOT TOUCH ONE THING TO FIX IT!!!!!!!!!!! I WILL LET EVERYONE I KNOW NOT TO BUY ONE THING FROM THIS UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE !!! THEY LIE ABOUT CALLING YOU BACK AND IT TAKES ALMOST 2-3 WEEKS TO HAVE SOMEONE SENT OUT!! BY THE WAY ALSO A BIAS COMPANY KNOWING MY PARENTS SPOKE LITTLE ENGLISH THEY JUST WENT OUT WHEN THERE WAS NO ONE HOME TO TRANSLATE WHEN THE COMPANY WAS TOLD VARIOUS TIMES ABOUT ONE OF MY SIBILINGS BEING HOME TO TRANSLATE. THEY TRIED TO LOOK AT THEM DUMB! THIS IS GOING TO BE REPORTED TO BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND OTHER PLACES TO LET EVERYONE KNOW !!!

Our refrigerator broke and we needed to replace it as soon as possible. We were working with an odd kitchen space, so we needed a cabinet-depth french door refrigerator that was in-stock. We were deciding between a few models and a few appliance stores. We were about to leave Tucson Appliance Company and look someplace else when the salesman offered to match the price of a competitor on the model that we liked the best. We asked if it was new and in-box and could be delivered this weekend. He assured us that this was the case. When the refrigerator was delivered, it was clearly the floor model. There were sticker marks on the front and scratches on the side. We immediately contacted the manager at the store that day, and he was reluctant to offer us compensation and did not seem concerned with our situation. After some discussion of our frustration, he agreed to a 10% discount. Considering that many of the other floor models in the store were deeply discounted and that we had been lied to by the salesperson, this was a less than satisfactory outcome. We will be purchasing 3 more appliances over Columbus Day Weekend to compete our kitchen remodel and will be going to Lowes, Sears, or Christies.

I do regret not checking Google review before my purchase. I too thought doing our City justice and going local. I will never purchase from them and I will let everyone I know to never do business with them. If you want to do business with a stand up company that does stand by their word, Dont go there. As being their "Priority" Which is false advertisement and bold face lie from their commercial. We purchased a Frigidare Convection oven 3/31/16 exactly 30 days later it quit heating. We called electrolux they said it would be 5days. The repair man never showed. Called Tucson appliance the next day and they gave us another repair mans number who couldnt come out until 4 days later. My husband called Tucson appliance and they rudely told him his name was not on the receipt he didnt purchase it. And then went on to tell him too bad. It had nothing to do with him he could not exchange it. If I purchased from any big box they would return or exchange. So dont learn your lesson the hard way. Just dont go there or purchase from them.

I bought a washing machine from them, they told me theyd haul off the old one. they didnt haul off the old one, and lied about that. My washing machine has broken 2x in the past 3 months ive had it. They offer a warranty that takes them 2+ weeks to even fulfill, and even then itll just break again after that. Today they were supposed to repair my washing machine again, but they didnt call or come by when they said they would. I have absolutely had it with this company. avoid these people as they are scammers and dishonest. I will call them and try to schedule appointments, and I will have my call "accidentally" dropped by them, and they will conveniently forget to call me back. They sell crappy appliances that they have refurbished enough to sell, then wait for them to break on people, and use other broken parts to repair the machines. A wonderful cycle, coupled with a joke of a repair service, resulting in massive profits for them. STAY AWAY.
