Ive been a customer for years, buying two sets of washer and dryers from them. No problems at all. I purchased a chest freezer from them a week ago and the repairman has been here EVERY DAY SINCE. First, the delivery guy turned it on its end so it didnt get cold. Came out one day to look at it, the next to repair it. Then, there was ice all along the seal. Came out one day to look at it, the next to fix it (even though all they did was attempt to glue it). Today, there is MORE ice along the seal. I will never be using them again!!!! Totally disgusted. It is now October 14th and I STILL dont have a working freezer.... "Waiting on the part" for a month... "Havent found a new one"

Got a great deal on a relatively new Kenmore washer and dryer. I paid cash and got an even better deal. I purchased the appliances in the morning and they were delivered and installed that afternoon at no extra charge (install took him 10 minutes max). Purchase came with 90-day warranty and servicing by the shop beyond the warranty period as long as you have the invoice. They even buy back the appliances if they are still in good shape. This is the way to go folks! Could not be happier with my purchase and the customer service.

Very bad service and defective appliances. I asked them to come and check a defective refrigerator that I bought there which they had already supposedly fixed one week after I bought it, and the response I got was " I dont know when they can go out there and check it, it could be days, weeks or months I have no idea. Thats the response I got.

They are no not tell you the truth. They do not give you any thing on paper so you can not go back to them and said. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THEM A DOWN PAYMENT FOR PARTS . They will never come back and do the work. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSSNEIS at all cost.
