I used their service to schedule a floor measure for carpet and tile. The guy who came over was great. He worked efficiently and seemed very trustworthy. The next people dropped the ball. No one called me "with options". I figured maybe they are busy. So... I called in and asked to be transferred. The receptionist at the front was on top of it, but whenever I was transferred I would wait on hold forever, and then I would hear someone pickup and hangup the receiver, or I would eventually ring back and the receptionist would retry. After 4 separate calls each with back-and-fourths and eventual hangups/the same result, I called the front desk and asked for a manager. No managers were available because they were all in a meeting....... So I ask the front desk person to have someone call me. I get a call from the carpet person. She asks my name and makes a sound like she located me then, she says their system is down, but she says it in such a way that it doesnt sound true. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Who knows. She claimed she was just about to call me. I ask about possibly canceling or if they will follow through. She says she will call me back today. No call. Nothing. I call back to her direct extension. x433 No one ever answers. I dont recommend ever trying to get ahold of anyone over the phone at this location. I have payed 50 bucks for this service, and yet I feel like I this will delay my project if I continue. Edit: 6 days still have not received this promised call.... Edit: I received a lot of helpful calls after my review. They said they were backed up. The people who helped me in the store were friendly and knowledgeable. There is a disconnect between the call center and the store itself. The call center employees are not aware of the actual install times of the specific types of carpet. IE sometimes certain types of carpet might be further out than the promised/purposed times. We ordered carpet that was available inside of the store which will be installed much, much sooner than what the call center person suggested.

This bad experience was a week in the making. i go into this store to the customer service desk to order a product online. Later that night I realize i didnt need it. I call the store THREE TIMES when the store was open and nobody answered. I go back to the store the next day and they tell me i have to call the customer service line. I call, after 10 minutes of trying to figure out what number to press to return what i didnt want. There was no number to press for returning a product. Another 5 minutes go by trying to talk to a live person. I finally get a live person and told me I had to have i print out which i did. I waited a week til the product arrived at the store to make a return. I go to the store with the print out. The new girl there was helpful. Marissa who was walking around while i was waiting in line almost immediately helped the customer after me. She went on the computer the the new girl was helping me with. The new girl and I had to move to a different computer. In other words, Marissa pushed out the new girl and helped the customer after me and was done with him before me. ONLY the new apologized for the situation, but Marissa didnt. I didnt know that Home Depot gives preferential treatment to certain people.

Terrible from top to bottom. Thought Home Drpot would be expeditious, efficient way to get shades. Took almost 2 weeks to get measurers here and not competent. Then ordering is nightmare. Had to wait 3 days for them to get the measurements. I knew what I wanted and took me about 6 hours over a week and they still cant figure out how to place the order... New staff, computers down or not working for 3 weeks, software messing up, incompetent, waiting for others to place their orders, no one at customer service. They never answer the phone and even customer service doesnt answer their phone. Will not call when they say they will so must go in to store wasting more time. Originally told me it would be 2 weeks for delivery and then need to set up installation (another 2 weeks?). Then said delivery would really be 36 days plus installation. Finally gave up. Budget Blinds coming tomorrow (next day!) and will order then. Do you think Home Depot will refund my $50 for worthless measure? Do not use Home Depot!! If I could give zero stars I would.

WORST HOME DEPOT EVER!!! I stopped at the Park City HD to buy a few items. I needed a sheet of 3/4" plywood rip cut at 24" and 19". After three requests an employee showed up to make the cut. He had trouble with the saw at which point he yelled out "GOD DAMN IT!", then after making the cuts allowed me to load the 24" and 19" pieces. While I did so, he snapped the remaining 5" piece in half. When I asked him what hes doing and that I needed that piece too, he again YELLED "GOD DAMN IT!!!". I had enough of him so I walked away to get the other items I needed. I couldnt find closet hanger rod and accessories - so I disturbed two HD employees BS session for help. They sent me to the wrong place not once, but twice. Finally a third effort with another employee got me in the right area. So heres the best part: When I got home I decided to call the store manager to let him know of my experience and the problem he/she has with their workforce. After letting it ring 20+ times I hung up. Bottom line... Shop at the closest Lowes!

You have to search to find someone willing to help. The first two employees were more interested in talking to each other than showing where to find something. They just said to look in the plumbing aisle - as if I hadnt already tried that?? Then I found another employee who was much nicer. He gave me suggestions for how to install a faucet. I got all the thing she suggested even though I wasnt sure he was all the way correct. I got home and gave me bad advice. I tried to explain the faucet didnt have standard-sized water supply lines, but he didnt seem to think that thats was an issue, well it was. I guess I could have tried to convince him more assertively of my issue, but I thought he more than I did. So, go a your own risk. If you know what you want, you might find it. Perhaps if you dont know what you need, give them more details so they can fully help, be careful to find the employees that actually want to help.

We have rented many tools through The Home Depot. Usually their tools arent powerful enough for the jobs we need them for or they are too worn out to perform. Today we rented a tile chipper-full day. We rented a different one the week before to chip out almost 100sq ft-half day rental. Todays chipper would not chip! After two hours, we had only removed 3 tiles! Upon return, we wanted a refund as the tool was defective. They refused and charged us the full day! We only had it 3 hours. It took speaking with a manger to only get 30-some percent back. We still have tons of tile left but we will NOT be back to The Home Depot tool rental.
