To better understand what happened you have to know that there is a barber shop located inside the back of this shoe store. I came here today for the second time I was very pleased with my first haircut that I even paid $30.00 for a regular cut. I dont live in Alameda so I have to go out of my way to come here. I noticed right away that they had a cash only sign so I asked the guy at this shoe store where the closest Atm was and he pointed to the store right in front. I went to the store in front and the Atm was out of service so I walked a little bit further down to get to the next Atm. I walked back to the shop and the door was locked. I waited outside confused as it was still during working hours only 1230 and I saw the guy at the shoe store starring right at at me and he still didnt open the door. Dude you knew I went to go get cash for my haircut, you saw me outside why the hell did you ignore me? I even waited outside on the bench and he didnt open the door. Im confused and disappointed my time is valuable and you completely wasted my time. I am also military and will let my coworkers in Alameda know what happened. You dont deserve to be in business in Alameda, and unless you want to risk getting locked out during normal business hours dont come here.

This place is stupid expensive. Its a whole lot cheaper if you learn what to look for when buying authentic pairs of shoes. I rather not go here to sell my shoes. I can find something better than what theyre offering me even if itll take longer. Theres always other sites or apps like OfferUp or Mercari to name a few.
