I am frustrated with this store... I received a coupon from them, made out to me, at my home, but there was no mention that I needed to be 21 to enter the store. So, I drove the thirty minutes to get there and was told that because I was 20 I was unable to purchase a wine cork holder for my mother. I was not aware of the laws, or that this was considered a liquor store, so while that is my fault I am still VERY upset that there was no mention on the postcard coupon that I needed to be a certain age to enter... On the other hand, there seemed to be an extremely large selection of wines and wine accessories. There where also wine tastings near the middle/back of the store. So, my suggestions to this store would be place the age you must be to enter the store on your postcards/ advertisements/ coupons (even if it is small and in the fine print - cover your tail!) and card at the door, not at check out. This will save you the hassle of those that arent old enough from entering the store.

I purchased $1600 worth of wine. When I got home and checked the receipt. I found they over charged me $100 on one bottle of wine! When i went back to the store to get it corrected, they did credit me for the difference, however, they did not compensate me for my time. It was their mistake however I had to waste my time covering it. The employee was not willing to give me the item, or give me an additional discount to compensate me for the problem they created, it would have been good customer service for them to do so. Some states have scanner laws that if the price is wrong the item is free. Dont trust the checkout watch like a hawk!

Wide collection of alcoholic beverages. For beers, there is small store which gives a decent idea of various varities available. Most of the craft beers were arranged alphabetically which makes easy to find what you are looking for, plus you can always look at the store website to get the aisle of the product you are looking for. Wide collection of wines as well, if you want to taste them, try this place during afternoon. Its worth mentioning that this store has wide range of single malt scotch available and some of these are at awesome prices!! Overall, I recommend visiting this store.

I gave them two stars because I found the rum that I like and wanted to purchase. So the fact that they had this rum tells me that you can find specifically what you like to drink. However, I did not find the New Age Wine which is relatively easy to find. Also, I found the customer service extremely poor. I was in the store for approximately 30 minutes before one of six people who walked by me asked me if I needed any help. I spent over $100.00 in the store and this was my first time making a purchase.

A great alternative to other big spirit and wine stores. Located in a plaza with great shopping. A vast array of wine and beer to boggle the mind with tastings and classes to re-educate and expand the palate. A small but good selection of Sake is available in the back of the store. From Nigori Junmai up to Daiginjo can be found here. Kinda sad to see an amazing spirit relegated to being sparsely limited though.

Soooo many options, and so many wonderful employees! Christine in the wine department is an absolute sweetheart, and I would absolutely recommend speaking with her about any of your wine inquiries. If liquor is more so your thing, Jon in the spirits department is the man for any amd all questions. Even offers samples if youre not sure about a purchase!

Staffs are generally nice. One staff asked me if i need help with the high end alcohol. His remark and look were demeaning as if I cant afford it. I bought 3 bottles of Dalmore King Alex III as gift, because that was reason why went there in the first place. It didnt bother me much, but i thought he could be more aware of his non-verbal language

The very best place to buy any kind of liquor under the sun. Usually a helpful staff, although lately they have been quite understaffed on weekends. If theres some kind of liquor you need, this is your place. Although their craft beers leave a little to be desired as most are kept warm, if thats not your concern, go get em!!

Probably the best liquor store Ive been to in some time, very friendly and very knowledgeable staff. Jon and kelvin are my go to guys when it come to whiskey or beers and if they dont have the answer, they make sure to find out for you right then and even brush up my knowledge on what Im looking for. Highly recommend them!

Love Total Wine! Whether youre looking for a hard to find beer or the perfect top shelf liquor for your home bar, youll find it here. If you dont, ask one of the friendly, knowledgeable staff in the white shirts. Great prices, better service. Cant speak on the wine selection except to say its massive.

If you need any type of alcohol, look no further. They even sell local made craft brews here. Crazy good selection of liquors and beers (& wine). Great staff that is very knowledgable. The store manager is a super nice guy and recommended some good local brews for me to try.

Best selection around but the staff will push certain products. If you go in for something specific, dont let them talk you in to buying something that "tastes the same and costs less" because 9 times out of 10, it wont taste as good as the stuff you originally went in to buy.

Had a bottle burst in my car and customer service replaced it without any questions. I just took the broken bottle back and they replaced it. Excellent staff and very easy to deal with. Great prices on a lot of their alcohol too. Will definitely recommend shopping here.

I love total wine & more. Im trying to branch out and find new beers and wines that I actually enjoy. There is always someone to help me here at this location and they give great suggestions. Very knowledgeable, especially when youre trying to buy a gift on a budget.

Best selection and some of the most knowledgeable peeps EVER! This is true in South Carolina and Texas. Does not matter if you arw looking for wine, bourbon or beer. They KNOW this stuff. WISH we had Total Wine in Kentucky. Liquor Barn has NOTHING on Total Wine.

This is basically an familys Toys R Us! The selections are overwhelming, but that is not bad. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful and they are always sampling new things. They have a great selection of cigars as well!
