I was searching online for new conference room furniture and found a beautiful table through a Google image search, which led me to Markets West Office Furniture. The price was so good that I double-checked to confirm it was a new piece and not used or refurbished. I contacted the store to get a quote on shipping because my office is almost 2500 miles away from Markets West, which is considerably outside their usual local delivery area. After speaking with and emailing Rick at Markets West, I was impressed with the way he went the extra mile to arranging shipping and delivery at a very fair price. I compared the product, shipping, and delivery costs to other online office furniture retailers, and Markets West beat out every one. As for the actual items, I have to say that the furniture is beautiful. I ordered a 6 foot conference table with a solid top and pedestal bases. The pieces were in pristine condition, without a single scratch, dent, or mar in the finish. The leather and wood office chairs were also in excellent condition and were easy to assemble. Most importantly, the wood finish of the chairs perfectly matched that of the table. I am extremely pleased with the services and products of Markets West, as well as the personal service that Rick provided throughout the ordering and delivery process. I will use this company in the future, as well as recommend them to others.

This company was horrible to deal with! The refurbished 4-drawer lateral files our company purchased from them where in horrible condition: drawers wouldnt open, locks were missing, abundant cosmetic flaws, etc. Plus, they didnt provide keys for the locks, and when they finally did, it was discovered that half of the locks were broken. We continually received the run-around from the Markets West Representative (Bill), and they never responded to several calls and emails requesting replacement of the broken cabinets. Finally we gave up. To this day we have broken cabinets that dont lock. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone!

Weve used Markets West for furnishing our offices over the past few years. Bills delivered personalized service and very competitive pricing every time. He even offered to loan us lobby furniture for a new suite while we awaited arrival of furniture on-order. Weve also purchased from discount, on-line vendors and also Staples Business, but in both instances we ended-up disappointed and paying the price. Well continue to use Markets West and highly recommend them to anyone seeking great service, support, and competitive pricing.

I needed a chair for my office that didnt hurt my back and tailbone. But I really struggled with paying $500 for the high end names. I came here not knowing what to expect. The place is nice inside. They have a good selection of items to browse. I dealt with an older gentleman named Frank and he showed me their best sellers and best deals. Very low key, no pressure. My kind of guy. I left with a purchase for a chair with memory foam seat. They will build it for you free and I will pick it up later. Overall I was very pleased.
