The office store is great, but the CopyMax has gotten all three of my recent orders wrong in ways that you would never expect a professional print shop to make. One order they not only rescaled all my photos, but somehow used thumbnails instead of the original images when I had them reprint it over again. Then they double-charged my wife when she went to pick it up for me, and at that point I had run out of time to get it done a third time. Another time the images came back incredibly dark. When I asked for a reprint they tried to charge me for professional editing time, until I showed them how to adjust the brightness level in the print preferences for their own printer. People ought to know how to use their own equipment to get an image that matches the ones submitted. On the plus side, they did refund me each time they misprinted something. If I had unlimited time Im sure it would have been done right eventually. But I didnt.

Self service computer in the print center is not really so. All I wanted to do was log on to a business account and print a pdf. Im able to do this at every other office max/depot so I wasnt sure why I couldnt do so here. "Its company policy. You have to email us first" is the only response I recieved to my question of "why cant I use the self service computer?". Being that this was business related and I was on a time crunch it was very inconvenient. Ill make sure not to come here to use the print center again.

Josh, the office supervisor, is a life saver! After realizing I made a mistake on my final poster for my graduate program when I sent my order in online, I called first thing the next morning and Josh was able to make the changes on my order without a problem! Not only was he accommodating, but he was also professional and helpful as well! I am impressed with the level of customer service I received and will return to this location for my printing needs!

Upon entering the store I was greeted by Sheila Shaw. She was very friendly and very informative. Although I went there to have copies made, it was Sheila who took the time to explain everything to me; in a friendly way she explained the general services of the store while informing me on what to do for the copies I needed off my smartphone. 5 STARS for Sheila Shaws customer service.

I use these guys all the time when Im in a pinch, they get stuff out for me right away which is very helpful when Im in a rush to get to a sales meeting. Their equipment is excellent and the prints and posters I have them make are always beautiful. In fact, im here now to place another order and thought id drop in a quick review.

Excellent customer service. Was in to have new business cards made, and after a few emails back and forth with staff I got the card I wanted. I realized after picking them up that the phone number from my original card had been bumped off. I returned today and Josh offered to fix the issue and reprint them all at no charge.

bought a lap top....told me it would be ready by closing time..... IT WASNT ..... went the next day .. IT STILL WASNT READY.... why do they give you a TIME of theyre NOT GOING TO KEEP IT....BAD BUSINESS..... BEWARE... one says one thing and the others do another and say something else...WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS STORE....

Store is fine. Cashiers? Not so much with the one encountered this a.m. Please school your cashiers on the difference between running a check/debit card (with a Visa or MC logo on it) as a credit transaction and forcing (overriding) an approval. Didnt appreciate the hassle from someone who doesnt understand.

I went there to get a document scanned and copied and they wanted to charge, in addition to the scan and copy fee a $1.10 "GRAPHIC DESIGN PER MINUTE" This is an absurbed charge and I told the clerk so and she RELUCTANTLY waived this fee but it will be the last time I go there for my business.

All the office supplies you now buy online but in person! I took my mentee here and she said, "Whats an OfficeMax?" Well, its where we used to go to buy paper and pens and all kinds of Office supplies. And then the internet came. Very depressing. But clean, open, and huge.

OfficeMax is a clean, quiet store. The staff is helpful, but not intrusive. However the sale that persuaded me to visit today was somewhat misleading, since there was a limit of three items per householder business at the sale price. Otherwise this is a great store!
