Service was horrible. My husband and I came to test office chairs of his 8+ hour desk job, and tried a series of chairs. My husband was trying different (reasonable) sitting positions and the manager, David P., came and addressed us that if we didnt sit in those chairs like average customers he was going to ask us to leave. After telling him that the we were honestly considering buying a chair, he still told us he would ban us from the store. After only five minutes he walked back up to us and asked us to leave. Then followed us out as we left, then proceeded to take pictures of our vehicle and refused to remove photos of us from his cell phone. Never have I ever, or ever will be, treated so poorly at any store ever again. This was unreasonable and disgusting.

This is my least favorite place to shop for Office Products in Ogden. The store manager and a couple of other ladies just have a permanent unhappy disposition about themselves and it transfers quickly to the customers. I cant even stand to walk through the doors I cringe when I think about being glared at by these catty women and I dont know any of them personally its sad that they can convey such a strong feeling of dislike and displeasure through their disposition

Reliable Transportation
Tried to get help finding receipts for a warranty issue and their customer service reps are foreigners with broken English and attitude and the only thing they are willing to do is send an email if you know everything including the store #, not the phone # the store #. How am I suppose to know the store # and they are not willing to help you locate it, find it all on your own and while your at it do their job too. *Worst customer service**

I have had a couple of times where I needed to get some plans printed quickly. So I send them over to there print center email and they start working on them immediately and send me a response when they are done. Great service and plan to use them more in the future.

Took me forever to find someone that could help me and then they didnt even have what I needed... how is it possible that you dont carry a USB to USB cord? The facility is clean, not crowded, and close to downtown.

They take a long time to make copies. Some of the employees hardly know how to use the machines. They are very kind and respectful. The store is in a tough location. You cant really see it from any of the roads

Needed a planner printed and bound. The total cost came to 150 dollars just to print it. I printed it at home for 20$. Then they bound it for 10. Extremely unreasonable printing prices.
