I got a 3 yr insurance for the electronic item I purchased. It does say very clearly on the receipt I have 30 days to cancel the insurance. It said I can cancel by calling the phone number provided for square trade or through their website which I did then I couldnt cancel it. I went back to the sore they had me back and forth for the cancelation telling me I couldnt at the store. It wasnt even the 30 days. Just go somewhere else to purchase electronics....

Cheaters! Go to UPS for copy and print services. Associates attending phone need training on pricing. Associate on the phone mentioned no charge to access their computer to print documents from email. Actually, I was charged 35 cents per minute. Associate mentioned 12 cents per side to print. I was charged 53 cents per side. When I enquired in person, associate mentioned, cheap prices are valid only when you email to them via phone.

So Staples is opening a store in same suite where Office Max just closed their ghost-town of a store? Went there a couple times .....just me and some tumbleweeds. So have the demographics of the immediate area changed somehow since OfficeMax lost their asses there? Good job Staples! Great decisions like that are why they just announced quarterly losses and are planning on closing 225 stores in the U.S. Tick tock, Staples on Elliot Rd.

The girl with long blonde hair and glasses at the printing area was rude and not helpful at all. When asking for help she told me she was too busy and brushed me off, going back to whatever else she was doing - although I was the only customer there. She didnt offer to help as I walked out without having printed what I needed to print in the first place.

I came in to make copies of legal documents for court. The self-service copier was not working. The employee in the print center couldnt get it to work and then said s*** when I asked her if she would make copies for me behind the counter. I was not offered the discounted self-service rate. Not my favorite location but didnt have a lot of other options.

I went in because of their awesome price matching (amazon) and the manager helped me out. nice clean store and helpful staff.. just sucks that theres no other businesses are around but thats not their fault. This one is the way better than the one on Mclintock.

Great customer service! Thank you Lisa for your assistance! I was looking for printer ink and Lisa was kind enough to help me by calling one of the other stores so I wouldnt have to drive out of my way. Great job Lisa for looking out for your customers!

Poor customer service. The cashier guy seem to hate his job and the girl in the print department could not help me with dropping off a box for ups. On top of that employees do not greet the customers or even ask to help.

Great customer service here, and theres never a long line. I like the very short, dark haired girl who was behind the register Thursday night before close. She has a nice smile ;)

Outside sign placement may be confusing. Main door is to right (East) of sign. Space to left is empty and at first I thought it was permanently closed.
