Where do I begin? Buy a new HP all in one printer. Later, returned an ink cartridge w/receipt from the old printer (thought that might fix its problem but no) and told this looks like fraud but well let it go this time (young Lynn the manager). I ask if they recycle old printers. Lynn says bring it in. A week later, I do. Trainee Andrew says I could get $20 off my new printer had I brought my old one in when I purchased it. News to me. Then he says it will be $10 for the box to recycle the printer. I picked up the printer, went next door to Best Buy and they recycled it for free. FREEEEE! 2 weeks later, new printer/scanner goes on the fritz, I call up and speak to another manager named Lynn who condescends to me by calling me "hon" every other sentence. "Sir" is a little formal but much more acceptable than "Hon" in a business setting. Im not a customer at a roadside diner. From now on, Office Max or Best Buy for me.

OD dont have any furniture in the store, it will be shipped to you and they will ad an additional $30 to the price of the goods. Then some other co. actually delivers the furniture, which you will never get to speak to, and if for some reason you choose not to give these somebody people your phone (maybe you dont have a phone to give out) they will not deliver the furniture without one, even though you have given them your address. When you ask for a refund they will refund the cost of the furniture but not the delivery fee. And heres the real kicker, they will blame it on you. I will never, never, never buy furniture from OD again so long as they are using Exel as their delivery co.. Exel is proud, stubborn and arrogant.

Bought a Realspace Magellan desk & hutch set. I was clear about a delivery date, but ignored and I ended up with two missed deliveries (they seemed to act like I was a business that would be there during business hours). Lucky for me, I took a few days of leave from work and did get the items. I was unhappy that the 3rd party company for assembly didnt show up (they said it was an error on the Office Depot side), but decided to put it together myself. I broke one of the parts during assembly and they shipped out a replacement without any problems. Top notch customer service from Realspace. So, kudos to Realspace/Office Depot Warranty, but I didnt like my experience with this Office Depot location.

A reputation rises and falls on their customer service. If you go into any Office Depot your opinion of the store will be ultimately influenced by the quality of the people you encounter within. Such was the case with my experience with this store. The individual with whom I was interacting with was knowledgeable, honest, and concerned that I get the correct product for my application. Dustin is simply not paid a salary equal to his abilities or effort. Home Depot should recognize and reward those employees who excell and get rid of the rest.

The employee's here are completly rude... Walked in went to the back passed atleast four employee's not one of them asked if they could assist my family, (they close at 9) at 8 45 one employee rudely told me they were closing, when i told her i was almost done she stood over me and watched me until i walked to the front to check out and while i was checking out the cashier was rude and had an attitude as if i were bothering here...... Overall experience... Horrible, i will never go back to that store. I DO NOT RECCOMEND this store at all

$1.99 first fax paper, $1 for each sheet after that. If i didnt need to get something faxed right away I definitely would have gone somewhere else. I was on my bicycle and this was the only place in the area. After the fax, a lady after me needed to fax something, the lady behind the counter says "You know how expensive it is, right?" to the next customer. They all seemed so miserable to be working.

Standard Office Depot. Has the stuff you need, probably. This one seems to have a higher ceiling than most, which gives it a warehouse feel. The girl at the copy center that helped me knew her stuff add is a credit to this store. Store was cleanish.

Waiting for longer than 15 minutes on help from an employee just to print out 5 pieces of paper seems a little ridiculous for a store that specializes in printing. If you want to just get in and out quickly, try a FedEx Office.

Why is it that I always get asked about my X Wife, 8 years after the divorce? Super annoying. We are not together anymore. Staff was not able to help me resolve the issue.
