I called in advance and asked if they would pay us for an old printer. I was told no. I then asked if they took donations of an old printer. The guy said yes. So I then told him, okay, Ill just bring it in and give it to you. The guy said okay. I hauled it into my trunk, into the store - no it doesnt weigh 2 lbs, and the girl at the cash register told me they to not take donations, that I had to pay them $15 to take it. I was disgusted. I told her I just called before I came over and was told that you take donations. She repeated that she wants $15 to take it. I told her I was not paying her $15 and I was not going to haul it back to my car. I walked out, disgusted. The HP All in One printer wasnt even all that old. Stand your ground with these people. Some of them are dimwits, although in the past, the in store staff has been friendly.

I dont tend to shop there during normal business hours so its usually pretty slow when I come in. There are always enough people available to answer my questions, do printing for me, etc.

Used to come in regularly due to their rewards program, but it has been watered down so much, its no longer worth the hassle and I get most of my supplies elsewhere.
