I was very happy with the prices and delivery of the dining table and kitchen table I purchased earlier this year. However just recently noticed the top wood (maybe veneer) of the kitchen table is chipping off and leaving the light wood beneath exposed. I rarely use this table, maybe eating on it 3 times and after 5 months of owning asked for them to see about replacing the top providing pictures. I have struggled for over a month being told I have to email the pictures and explanation myself dealing directly with manufacturer. Now I am told I have to either pay delivery fees Furniture and More to come get table and they take to manufacturer or I must take it myself. I already paid delivery fees when I bought and feel the least they can do is pick it up on the way to manufacturer which my house is on their way from store. They are saying I damaged it which is not true. It is peeling in several spots never placing hot anything or harsh chemicals on it and I have had nothing but run around and no help. I am now on my own dealing with the manufacturer. I will never purchase furniture from Furniture and More again! The truth of customer service is when you need some and they dont care to give you any.

I was shopping around and looking for quality and affordability. At this place I was able to find both. The sales rep was able to sohow me different options and styles after I told him what I was looking for. At first I thought I had to order a bedroom set from one manufacturer but the sales rep told me I could choose from different styles to make my bedroom set unique to my liking. This was a relief because I was looking for a peticular bed style and certain style for my dresser. Other furniture stores made it seem like I had to order everything from one company to make a complete set. Once evrything was ordered they had it delivered. The guy down at the store had odered everthing and he received the dresser with a defect so he made sure to call me and notify me so he could rescedule my delivery date which was no problem I wanted everything perfect for my first bedroom set. All in all I had a better then expected expirence and plan to buy my living room furniture from them when I move from this appartment next year.

I went to the store and I liked their matresses. Before putting my order I went on line and read the reviews on the store. Some were so bad to the point that I decided to look somewhere else. I visited several stores in the area along with my husband but we still liked their mattress the most. I went back to the store and spoke to Lisa about my concerns; she assured me that there is no reason to fear and promised to deliver my mattress the same day. So I went ahead and paid the money. Few hours later, the mattress was delivered in good condition and we are still happy with it being very comfortable. I promised I will write a good review but was a bit late in doing so. Reality is, mistakes can happen everywhere and they can be the results of many different things. Also, we are more likely to write bad reviews when we are not satisfied, but how many of us write good reviews when they are really satisfied with the product? Something to think about

Very , very poor customer service. And not friendly or personable sales people. Poor quality , low budget type furniture they carry here. I special ordered a dresser and wanted dark wood. They told me this would be dark wood. I ordered it and paid quite a lot. And when it arrived it was NOT dark brown like I needed or told it would be. I got it home and a piece just fell right off. I asked if I could do an in store exchange for something better made , they refused. What terrible customer service. If I had a business , thats certainly not the way I would run it !!! I am now stuck with a broken piece of garbage and out - five hundred dollars. Buyers beware.

Husband and I bought a sofa and loveseat. Sales rep set it up to be delivered same day. Everything was great until the delivery. We were told the delivery guys would call before arriving. They did not, just showed up. And they did not help us move our old furniture. Which is a huge problem. We told the sales rep that I was pregnant and shouldnt be moving furniture around. He said dont worry, delivery guys will help with that. Delivery guys kept saying theyd be "doing us a favor" by moving our old furniture, in other words they wanted us to pay them! My husband told them forget it and dragged the old furniture out by himself. Unbelievable.

first i thought this is a bad store after i read the comments but i tried to come in to check out the furniture anyways since i just move to AZ, the sale reps here are very knowledge about the product but they arent really pressure on you to buly the product. I got my order like 2 days late but its completely understand because its the delivery company not the store. i would suggest that you guys should cme and check it out dont rely it on the comment then make the decision yourself......i absolutely satistfied with there customer services and both of my friends from work too

Best furniture store weve ever shopped at! We have bought two different living room sets, a bedroom set, office furniture, dining room set and a nice kitchen hutch all from Furniture N More. Jayden always gives us a great deal and really takes care of us. We even had to get some furniture repaired a year after purchasing and they sent someone out who took care of it at no charge even though the damage was our fault. Im surprised by some of the negative reviews on here because weve had nothing but positive experiences throughout our multiple purchases.

After being really disappointed with the service at another furniture store, we headed to Furniture N More. We not only found what we were looking for at a comparable price, but we got great service from Jerry one of the store managers. They were not pushy and they gave us a good deal. We paid more but got better customer service. They said our furniture would arrive in two weeks, but it got here in less than a week and was delivered for free! We highly recommend this place.

Bought a dining/kitchen table with leaf and 6 chairs for $450 that would have been 800-900 anywhere else. Ordered a bench/coat hanger for the front mud room and he said it would be here in 2 days from California. 2 days? yeah right. It arrived on time and its exactly what I wanted. I love this place!!! I read the negative reviews before I went there and I was skeptical, thats why Im posting. It may be competitors posting the negative stuff or they had a bad day.
