I was ready to write a 5 star review after leaving the store, even though we hadnt even had our new bedroom set delivered yet, just based off of the quality, selection available, and incredibly friendly and helpful service we received. The owner was very honest. My wife and I had chosen a mattress with our set that we liked, but the owner told us about different one that was the same quality, but for $100 less than the one we were looking at. I was approved for credit even though I didnt expect to be. Im currently in the process of rebuilding it. What else is that they will report favorably to the bureaus as I pay off what I borrowed. We had planned on picking our furniture up ourselves, to save money on delivery, but the owner not only gave us free delivery, but also had his team set everything up for us too. Now that weve had a full night to sleep on our new bed, I wish we could give Best Deal Furniture more than 5 stars. The mattress was very high quality. I woke up feeling refreshed after sleeping like a baby. The wood on our dresser, stand, and bed frame looks very expensive, and comparable to other sets my wife and I found at other retailers for about $1,000 - $1,500 less. I plan on purchasing our dining room and living room furniture from them next. Highly recommended!!!

The reviews are true: Excellent service!. It was such an easy process and the customer service was really good. From the moment I walked in, I was taken care of. The owner (Abed) and his nephew were so approachable and respectful. It is a family owned business and they made sure to make you feel welcomed. The owner even offered to deliver the furniture that same day. I actually planned on checking out 3 different furniture stores that day. I thought I would walk in, take a quick look and walk out. It ended up being my first and last stop. Prior to my visit, I did check out a few other stores but the price and service were the deal makers for me. Ive been looking for a sectional that is affordable yet good quality. It was a quick and easy process when they delivered. The men that delivered the sectional were friendly and professional. Honestly, I would highly recommend BDF. I will be returning

Great, Great, Great Service, I had no interest in purchasing anything when I first walked in. They treat you like family, no pressure and talk to you by your "name" then just a customer number. They request the best option in your budget plus FREE delivery.. This is a place by word of mouth which are the stores to shop and I agree. I will refer friends and family, its hard to find professionals like this these days. they dont make you feel nor give off the impression that if you cant afford it, that your poor like" big chain stores do to us" because those" big chains" dont care nor appreciate our dollar.... Here they truly work with you. I believe people need to be reminded of what professional, respectful, considerate sales people are because they are a dying breed. I for sure, will spread the word.......Thanks. :)

They dont bullshit you here! I was driving by with my family and decided to stop in even though I was set on buying all our furniture from ikea (thinking it would be cheaper than a shop) From the moment I stepped out of my car, this place was the one! I have three crazy hyper kids that I normal get crazy looks about. Not here. They played with my babies, gave them HEALTHY treat (not crap candy) a little protien bar. And helped me financially! I was set on a more expensive bed set after getting approved for more. Instead of plus selling me for more money, they got down to my actual needs and wants which led to a cheaper better set! Im DEFINITELY going back, no doubt about it. They delivered when they said they would, no extra cost and were very upfront about all aspects of the loan, to the cost, to the delivery.

Am I the only one who received something I didnt pay for? I went into the store with a nice comfy bed in mind and the money to pay for it. Ill admit owner Abed explained all the in between details and said he wanted me to get the best deal. He sold it, I signed the contract and it wasnt until then he said he had the furniture at another warehouse, and it would be a few days, well that turned into 2 weeks. When the day came, he called me back and said he couldnt get the mattress I wanted AND already paid for, but I should settle for the one he had because it was better. Also I would lose money because I was already in the contract. I argued it but got no where. Only had the bed a few months now and I have not been able to get a good nights rest. This was my own experience Im just saying Beware

Do not go here! I came a few. I originally got a couch that became deformed after a few months of owning it and it took time to get it resolved. They ended up replacing the entire couch. But while trying to get it repaired the owner wanted to say rude remarks on how Im childish because I was addement on getting it resolved quickly. Now Im dealing with them and my mattress I purchased. They have me a mattress and threw in a deal for $100 off. Thanks. Then mattress shouldve been $600 and I decided to use their financial services that they offered. After months of paying it off, theyre telling me I still owe over $1,000 which they explain to me I only had 90 days to buy it off at $600. Now Im struggling to buy off this mattress which isnt worth it!! Look into what youre getting.

In the past 2 years i have bought every single piece of furniture that I own from Best Deal. Abed runs a great business, and has always been able to deliver on time and everything correct. I have referred every single one of my friends to this business, and each one of them has said the same thing. I came in this weekend and purchased a sofa & loveseat, dining room set, and barstools for my new place. When we move in on the 18th I know that they will be delivered and assembled on time and look great! If you are in the Phoenix area and looking for a place to purchase furniture, your search should stop here! Its called Best Deal for a reason!!!! Update 4/18 Everything was delivered on time and as promised! I will be visiting best deal again this week to buy more furniture!

I came in to buy either a new bed or a new couch. When I entered the store they immediately greeted me and were super accommodating. I had my 2 year old with me who was asleep in my arms, and they offered one of the beds for him to sleep on while we quitely talked options and pricing. Which was awesome. I only intended on getting a bed, but they had a bed with the frame, headboard, dresser with mirror, night stand for an awesome deal and even gave me a 100 dollars off with free delivery and assembly. So I got that and added a queen mattress with box spring. I was very happy with the customer service and the guys who came and delivered it were also awesome! I would definitely come here again for all my furniture purchases. Couldnt have picked a better place!
