Dont do it....dont buy anything from them! I purchased a dining table $600.00 on January 7, when i purchased the table i told the lady i was going to buy it from an online place and they would have it delivered in 2 weeks. She assured me that all those brand tables were on the same shipment and they would all get here around the same time. So i ended up ordering from Stage 1 and the lady told me the table would be to me at the end of January-beginning of February. Its now February 10 and still no table. I called last week and lady told me they were shipping them from California on the 8th, that didnt happen!! I just called today and still no accurate answer and still tableless!!!! Dont order from them!!! ill keep you updated!!!

The furniture was nice and the prices were great, but I will never shop here again because of the customer service. When I first walked into the building, I was completely ignored by TWO sales staff (a guy in his 20s and a woman named Paula) while standing exactly 4 feet away from them and saying "hi" several times. After a very long and uncomfortable silence, they finally started arguing IN FRONT OF ME about whose "turn it is" to help me. Am I invisible?? How unprofessional. In what business environment do you only help the customer if (in the guys terms) "its your up."?? Wow.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! We bought a coffee table and dished out $340. They told us 2-3 weeks. Five weeks later, no coffee table and they are saying the MIGHT have it in next week. When I went into the store to ask for either a price break or a refund they pretty much said "screw you". They DONT do price breaks and there is a 20% charge for refunds. What a freakin rip. I will never shop here again.

Dont shop here if you need furniture in a timely manner! Still waiting on furniture we purchased at the beginning of November, and have not received a phone call or anything with the status on the delivery date. Great prices for the furniture, but horrible customer services.

I bought a bedroom set, good price, good quality, fast delivery, just one piece was a little uneven but not noticeable so I left it alone
