BEWARE...high prices, low quality, TERRIBLE customer service. I ordered a $3000 sofa on 11/29/14. It was delivered 01/31/15. Delivery service was in and out in under 5 minutes giving me no real chance to inspect it. I called Ethan Allen about 15 minutes later. The couch had no real support at the ends of the couch so if you sat near the arms you sat at an angle with the cushion several inches in the air in the center. There was a large patch of very rough leather on one arm and the couch literally STANK. The chemical smell was almost overpowering. I was told they would send someone out to "review the situation". It took 3 weeks before that happened. The person that came out acknowledged all 3 complaints were valid and said someone would call to arrange to have it picked up for repair. After several calls on my part they finally scheduled a pickup for 3/10/15. They never showed and never called. When I called to complain I was assured that the store manager would look into it and call me back. Instead, I got a call from their delivery service wanting to schedule another pickup. After almost a month and a half the chemical smell has diminished but is still quite noticeable when you enter the room. And I am still without a couch I can use and still waiting for these folks to live up to live up to their promises. Think twice about dealing with this company. I wish there was a rating lower than one star but thats all the system would accept.

We were helped by Debra, she was very pleasant and helpful. This was for us to reupholster our existing Ethan Allen sofa and side chairs. There price was better than other local upholstery shops and they are going to come and get it and deliver it for no additional charge. We have owned these pieces for more than 20 years and they still are in excellent shape. You only get what you pay for. Well worth the original cost and the added expense of having them redone.

I had a wonderful experience. I had no idea where to start when we bought our empty vacation home. The designer was so helpful, she came out to the house and really helped pull together ideas. I know when you custom order furniture it takes a longer, however, it is worth it. We will enjoy this furniture for many years. I love everything we did, now we are starting on the windows - I cant wait!
