A great little operation - the furniture is fine, but the management is GREAT. Theyre very good people to work with, and I am recommending them based on their customer service alone. I bought new furniture - didnt rent anything, so I cant speak to that. Their furniture is exactly what Ashley Furniture, so it is what it is - decent furniture that looks great, at a VERY affordable price. It is not the kind of furniture thats going to last forever and become a family heirloom. That being said, Im sure itll make it through a few moves and 5-10 years Im sure if we take care of it. So it was exactly what my wife and I wanted as newlyweds. They were incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout the purchase process. They graciously accepted a late return (wrong bed frame that we picked up). We were so pleased with them that we ended up buying more furniture from them just a few weeks down the road - on our way to pick it up we were sidetracked, and called to let them know we wouldnt be able to arrive until about 15 minutes after their closing time - and they stayed open for us! Again - the furniture is what it is. But these are the kind of people who I try and do business with, and I highly recommend them.

I have bought multiple pieces of furniture from Advantage and am very pleased with the quality of the furniture, and the customer service they provided me. During delivery, one of my leather couches was torn during the move in process. Justin, the repair man, came out to my apartment (which is a 45 minute drive) and replaced the panel the same week. Another time a friend sat down too hard and snapped one of the wooden support beams on my couch. Again, Justin came out within a week and fixed it free of charge. Just recently, a Friend snapped one of the dowels on my dining room stool. I called Advantage and they ordered replacement parts and had them sent to my apartment at no charge to me!. They sell the same furniture sold at Ashley furniture at a fraction of the cost! They didnt offer a military discount, but they did offer me free delivery when I ordered all of my furniture and a 10% discount when i went back for seconds :) Definitely check out Advantage Furniture before you buy at another furniture store!!!

Seriously best customer experience ever. We went in on a Saturday about 30 minutes before closing time and walked through the store. Upon entry they asked us if we needed help or anything to simply ask. They then came over to us to answer the question we did have when we were looking confused. They never once pushed us, never once tried to upsell us and validated our purchase by giving us what people had said about the items we wanted. Seriously cant beat their prices anywhere, internet or wholesale. WILL PURCHASE AGAIN! WOW -Update, they discounted our delivery and are setting up our items for us because it is a large bedset and my wife is pregnant. Couldnt be happier.

Absolute horrible experience! This place rips you off. Their furniture is "cheap" in all the meanings of the word. They sell crappy furniture that you will regret purchasing. Please go to RC Willey or to Ashley Furniture directly. Dont buy this crap that Ashley couldnt sell in their own stores because its too low quality.

The gentlemen who owns this company will not return your calls or emails. BUYER beware, if you order something, whether it works or not you are stuck with it, and they have your money. Pay retail, look for sale items, and do not give this company your business, or you will be very sorry!!!!

They had exactly what I was looking for and at the price point that makes everything affordable! I bought a sectional and matching chair that are great quality. I also have to say that before it was loaded into my truck, I had the opportunity to inspect it. Awesome place!!!
