My wife and I couldnt have been happier to find this store. After shopping all the local retail places and one "high end" place that seemed to want us to hand over the credit card and let them decide, we were pretty frustrated. Even shopped the classifieds for a while until we met the people at Vintage Oak. These guys were experienced and helpful, even when it meant not getting a sale. In the end we came to them for everything we needed, dining set, livingroom set, a recliner chair, all quality products, some locally made even. In fact that was a bonus when a bit of stitching came loose on our new leather ottoman. I was literally able to take it to the factory and chat with a guy while he repaired it. If this had been China-made furniture it wouldnt have been worth the fight. Quality products, priced for good values, and expert help and follow-up service. Best furniture shopping experience ever!

My husband and I went to Vintage Oak from a referral from a family friend. We were in need of furnishing our new home. We walked around for about 15 minutes trying to get help from an employee (they werent very busy). Finally a lady came over after me moving chairs and tables around. She seemed rude. I would assume because I look young and she assumed we didnt have money. We just felt like she didnt have the time of day for us. Eventually I asked her if they had anything on sale and she took us downstairs to look and we asked her a price on a table and she said she would go check and be right back with a price and left us downstairs for OVER 20 minutes. We finally went up stairs and noticed she was helping other customers! Wow. We took our business elsewhere.

For me, this is one of those great stores that doesnt get a lot of attention. It isnt as big as the some of the popular furniture warehouses, but has a great selection of furniture. One nice thing about the furniture at Vintage Oak is that it is real quality stuff; real leather, solid oak, hand-crafted. Normally you have to pay a load of money for that kind of furniture. But Vintage Oak seems to have figured out a way to have the same pricing on their furniture as other stores have on comparable furniture pieces that arent as high of quality. Ive purchased several pieces of furniture from Vintage Oak, some of which were custom-order, and am completely satisfied with the price and quality of the furniture I bought.

Ten years ago, my husband and I purchased a gorgeous Intercon dining set from Vintage Oak. The quality was top notch; the price was reasonable. Ive never been sorry. This spring we needed a living room set, and after shopping at various stores, we returned to Vintage Oak. I appreciated that salespeople didnt follow us around; we werent pressured to purchase anything. Instead, the experience was enjoyable as we rediscovered quality, beautiful furniture - reasonably priced. We purchased Flexsteel pieces - and greatly appreciated Trishs expertise and patience with us as we considered various options. Trishs help was fantastic - as was our experience at Vintage Oak.

It always feels like we are being helped by a close friend. In the past six months we have bought a bedroom set, dining table with 10 chairs, and a couch. Vintage Oak is a comfortable place to purchase furniture. Their staff is very knowledgeable and not pushy. They have very nice furniture, but at lower prices than you find elsewhere and a good selection too. Their delivery crew was polite, and didnt make me wait all day. I like supporting smaller, family owned businesses and like that they offer a lot of Utah crafted furniture.

Went in to ask if they carried mid-century, modern style furniture and was met with a particularly rude response from the sales lady. Do not go here if you want good customer service or if you dont look like you have a lot of money. In all fairness, I didnt realize I was in yuppyville. If only I had a Richard gere to set set her straight after making me feel like pretty woman.
