Worst customer service ever. It has been more than 2 months and I still waiting for my dinning table and chairs. I have made many phone calls to see whats going on (instead of them calling me for a follow up) and all that I got from them are lies!! Also prior to my dinning set I bought a sectional. 5 months later the corner of one of my pieces started to brake. They said it was easy to fix and in a week they were going to fix it. Well That shouldve been my first warning sign... A month later I got their call. At least they fixed it. NEVER AGAIN BUYING SOMETHING FROM THIS STORE.

Sold us a washing machine as new. It broke down after 3 months and the repair person said it was 3 years old and wasnt under warranty. Granite never apologized when we called them out on it. They did pay for the repair though. Im not very happy with them for lying in the first place. I know the reason they didnt tell us the age of it was because they would have had to discount it. The price was comparible to other washers we saw that were new.

I visited several Furniture stores in the area and really liked the people at Granite. What I loved even more was the NEW Clearance center, it has DEEP Discounts on the same furniture you see everywhere else but for only 35% of retail. We bought a bed set and a leather couch that we saw at ashley for 2800.00 total and we spent less than 900.00$ for both. Go check out the clearance section you will be glad you did.

I walked in and you can see the workers at a table but they did not seem to notice that a customer walked in. I continued to walk around the store and look at the furniture. I found a couple of pieces I liked but still there was no one around to help. I went back to where the workers were but all were to busy to help right then....I left a bit disappointed.

Had some pretty good deals on some sofas and loveseats. Was nice because they are willing to work on the price of some of the pieces i was interested in due to them being family owned. Would recommend especially if you are looking for something Ashley.

Very pushy salesman who hovered than two feet away at all times, and when my teen son was injured in their store (bleeding all over their carpet, even, because of their unsafe floors that caused him to fall) they did NOTHING to help.
