Very disappointed in this company. We originally put a deposit on a dining room table Dec 7 2013 at their Tempe location. We were told emphatically that it would be delivered within 2-3 weeks at their Arrowhead location. When there was a complete lack of communication from the company, we reached out an made contact with them several times. Communications were completely one sided (us always chasing them). During all communications with the company they were apologetic and offered to deliver the table to our home. After 6 weeks of a "run-around" we were told that the table had been delivered to the Tempe location and in order to have it delivered to the Arrowhead location they would have to have the balance paid in full over the phone or we would have to drive the 40 miles into the Tempe location. Once payment had been made, we were then notified that they would NOT be delivering it to our home. I am a very patient individual, not once was my voice raised. I am in the customer service home building industry. I come in contact with hundreds of potential home buyers every year that are looking for new furniture...I can assure you, I will not recommend Salt Creek Home to anyone who asks.

Salt Creek helped me find a desk that was perfect for a small space and they delivered it right to my door in Tucson for a reasonable price. The owner answered half a dozen emails regarding the transaction in a friendly and timely manner. Even the gentleman who delivered the desk was a cut above! I wish they would open up a store in Tucson.
