Excellent products, attention to detail and great people. From the moment I walked in I felt I was dealing with experts who took the time to listen, work to understand my style and budget and come up with solutions that fit what I was looking for perfectly. Tracy (the store manager) and Kathleen (talented designer) spent literally countless hours with us. They came up to our house multiple times at no charge and created, tweaked and customized our rooms until they were perfect. While there were a few minor issues with delivery, I feel that is to be expected, and Tracy and Kathleen stayed right on top of the issues until they were fully resolved and we were 100% happy. Our rooms are beautiful and we get endless compliments from everyone who visits our home. If you are looking for custom design, white glove customer service, and excellent products, look no further. Ethan Allen is the best game in town. We couldnt be happier.

I wish I had taken more time in the design of the room. Once my order was placed (and paid for) the service went down hill quickly. Before I placed my order I always felt a bit rushed but the designer made me feel that she would be there through the entire design process. Not so at all! In fact, anytime I asked questions or stopped by the store (while I waited 12 weeks for my furniture) I did not get any help. The designer promised to help me find pillows for the room and to be at my home the day it was delivered to ensure a nice install. Did not happen! She promised to come by another time. Silence.... Needless to say, my $8000 living room lacks the excitement and completeness (wow factor) that I thought I would get by using Ethan Allen. On a side note, the furniture is EXCELLENT quality. The artwork the designer selected is greatly undersized for the room. Very disappointed in the money spent on that!

Had the most amazing experience the first time I purchased- summer 2015. My designer helped me to set my home with the most amazing design, scale and fabrics. With the design help my home became incredibly beautiful. When I sold the property it was under contract in 4 days, mainly due to the feel and beauty of the home. The new owners purchased all my ethan allen furniture which made that home and allowed me to design my new home around Ethan Allen and the incredible furniture which can be customized for the home locations with the many different fabrics available. The experience of having someone in your corner to help you and your home get what you need is so welcome in contrast to commission salespeople cramming not well made product really just for their sales numbers. Huge fan and now know why my family always loved Ethan Allen...

Terrible delivery experience. Delivery department called about 1.5 weeks after the purchase. Then when I called back, it always went to voicemail. I would leave multiple messages and they would not call back. Its been 3 weeks now since I purchased my furniture. I finally got to talk to an actual person on the other line; she was not very apologetic and said that shes scheduling for 3 states--thats not a good reason to leave your customers in limbo. Their delivery department will be close for the next 4 business days. By the time I will receive my dresser, it will be 4 weeks from the purchase date. Perhaps I can talk them into reversing my charges and only bill me when they delivered my dresser?!? :) For such a reputable company, not the service I would expect! ETHAN ALLEN--perhaps its time hire more staff?

Three strikes and youre out. First strike was our order was incorrect. second strike, they wouldnt fix it, rather told us we could take it to another place and pay to have it fixed. third strike, we were over charged on the final invoice vs. the initial invoice. I would urge you, to avoid Ethan Allen at all cost, otherwise you will have waited months for an overpriced and incorrect product. They are 100% there and fully involved when theyre trying to get your payment, but after youve made a payment, they must know they never get repeat customers, because they dont lift a finger to assist, even when its their mistake.

We purchased a sofa and love seat from Ethan Allen and later noticed that the fabric on the cushions was separating at the seams. By the time I called our designer, Kathleen, she advised that we were past the warranty date. To our great surprise, Kathleen contacted us a couple months later to say that the company had decided to honor the warranty, but the fabric was discontinued so they had magnanimously decided to give us a new sofa and love seat. We just needed to come in to choose new fabric. That kind of service is so rare! Ive never had that happen. I am pleased to know this company stands by their products!

I promise you, if you shop there, you will end up unhappy. I didnt listed to the reviews, and here I am! If I my only choice was to either furnish my house at Ethan Allen, or at a Yard Sale, Id pick a Yard sale 100% of the time. PROs of a yard sale: 1. You actually get what you pay for. 2. You get it in a timely manner 3. The seller cares more about you than Ethan Allen does 4. You dont get charged for things you dont get. So yeah, better everything at a yard sale over Ethan Allen. "All we care about, is your money"

I needed a small repair on a metal bed frame (bolts tightened). I am in my 70s and couldnt get down on the floor to do it. Called on June 28 and they put in a service order telling me someone would call to set up an appointment. As of today 7-17-2017 no one has called. All the negative reviews should be taken seriously before you spend top dollar. The product is wonderful, but the service needs improvement.

Ordered a couch which we love. Wanted drapes. Designer selected drapes we liked and were told someone would come out to measure for them. No call to schedule, Have called, emailed, gone in to the store to talk to designer and 3 months later, after no response, have given up. We will go somewhere else and get drapes.
