Careful what you order. We were disappointed with our experience at La-Z-Boy in Chandler. The store personnel were very nice and helpful before sale but the furniture we ordered arrived substandard. We saw a floor sample of a sofa that we liked and special ordered it in a different color. Likewise, we ordered two chairs in different colors based on a floor sample that saw. The furniture that we got was not at all up to the same quality as we saw in the store. The floor model of the sofa had a nice soft, flat leather finish. The leather on the sofa that we received was hard and shiny, and the craftsmanship very poor. It was actually easy to slide off of it! Also, It was overstuffed and the leather was not stretched properly. (See picture). The chairs we received were decidedly less padded than what we saw in the store and and were also assembled poorly. The after sale treatment by Lazy Boy was disappointing. They would not let us return the furniture because it was special ordered. They sent a technician out to try to improve the appearance of the sofa and chairs, but the results were negligible. My advise is not to special order anything from La-Z-Boy. Their quality control must be very spotty. Only buy something that you can return, because you cant be sure of the quality of the product that will be delivered.

After spending $1600 on 2 leather recliners that are 2 years old I am quite disappointed. Theyre beginning to show signs of fading and discoloration in the same spot on both recliners (head rest and upper back area) Customer service and the local store do not seem to care. They informed me that the leather fabric only has a one year warranty. Representative stated that dyes change constantly and they can refer me to a third party leather specialist at my expense. LAZY BOY is not a place I would recommend for purchasing furniture. The sofa recliner I purchased from ARIZONA LEATHER is holding up and I would highly recommend them over buying any products from a company like LAZY BOY that does not stand behind their own product.

Purchased my wife a new rocker for our baby. My other la-z-boy I had for 15 years and its still quality and in good shape. Sam Gershkovich was our sales guy and he was very patient and helped us with all our questions. Couldnt be happier with our new purchase.
