As a mobility-challenged woman for 15 years, Relax the Back is a family business that has been my go-to place for ergonomic and amazingly comfortable furniture for my living room, office, and bedroom during that entire time. While their variety and selection are impressive, it is their phenomenal customer service that keeps me coming back. Owner David Purves and his son J.D. always go above and beyond to take care of me. This week, my living room recliner/ lift chair, in which I work as a psychotherapist during the day and read and watch TV at night, stopped working. J.D. came to my house within an hour, assessed the problem, located and installed the new parts, and had the chair working perfectly with 24 hours. Now, thats service! This is the way business owners should treat their customers, but, sadly, service like this is rare today. I recommend Relax the Back without reservation.
