The actual purchase was seamless. Drove in in an Enterprise Rental and out with a car of my own, many thanks to Jodene and Sharon. I will not hesitate to recommend that a friend interested in a high quality used car visit the Enterprise Sales Office. The paperwork process was probably adequate for Nevada or California purchases but for other states, problems exist. Dont know who to lay my problems on: Sales in Reno or Titling in Las Vegas (The clerk there was not expected back from vacation for another week! How can they allow the work to sit for that length of time is beyond me.) In Reno, I was assured that I had with me, all the paperwork required to title and register the vehicle in Nebraska. Upon arriving at home and working with DMV there, such was not the case. It took contacting the titling office in my local Enterprise Sales office and nearly another week, to get it straightened out. Nobody checked with Nebraska to determine exactly what papers I could carry and which were required to pass directly from the seller to the Nebraska DMV. They know me in Reno and have my number. If someone wants to contact me about this, go through them.

Originally we had a reservation at the Enterprise on Prater and Sparks Blvd. Upon walking into their building all 3 of the employees were in an office in the back area and acted annoyed with us for interrupting whatever they were doing. Not only were they rude, they were unprepared too. They only had a large SUV available and refused to rent it to us because they didnt believe we were capable of driving such a large vehicle. Our reservation was moved to the Mill St location. The employees were so much more accommodating and pleasant to deal with. They werent hiding in a backroom, like the Prater location, instead they came out to open the door for us as we walked up. It only took us 20 minutes to get everything situated and we were back on the road in our rental. Even though this location is across town from us well use it for pur future car rental needs.

I was unaware of enterprises used car sales as well as their trade-in feature either. I sent an email and received a reply from Chris explaining how it works and thought what the heck ill take my Mazda in and have it appraised. The day I went in Carlos was whom I began my conversation with and eventually filled out a form of the particulars for my car so Sharon could present me with a KBB trade-in value. I was able to receive a fair market price + a little more. I had already shopped/test drove locally and knew I wanted a toyota venza so I researched enterprises data base to locate one of my liking. I found one in So Calif and commenced to having it transferred to Reno and within 10 days it arrived and finished the deal.

Super happy with customer service and price. Weve purchased two vehicles through them this year and the experience is shockingly pleasant, professional, and easy. One vehicle we bought on-site and the other we had transferred from another location. No-haggle is great and they beat KBB! We worked with two different sales executives (the last one was Adam VB) as well as the manager. All were nice to work with. We came pre-approved with our own financing and they worked easily with the credit union. I would definitely buy my next car here!

The sales team was friendly, patient, and helpful and the financing sailed through flawlessly. The inventory was clean and well-maintained and competitively priced. What I like about this location is customer service, they go all the way to accommodate us with all our rentals. We been using Enterprise Car Rentals for the past three or four months. Just bought a suburban from enterprise. Great deal. Waited longer then we wanted for the vehicle. They did have to transfer it from Vegas to reno. But they said they detailed it and it was dirty when we picked it up. Other then that the experience was good.
