I read the reviews on this store and I have to say that I was a little nervous in going here. I didnt have a bad experience, my experience was the complete opposite. I ran over my glasses and needed to replace them in a hurry called and was dealt with fast and very politely by the woman on the phone . I didnt purchase my glasses through their company(so I wasnt expecting to get out cheap) but they told me to bring them in and theyd do what they could. I know weve all heard that before... but I went in and the sales person(Laura) was very nice and pleasant to deal with she took my lenses out the mangled frames and in just a few attempts, shed found a perfect match! I was pleasantly surprised to see that someone would take the extra time to help someone without making them jump through all the hoops that was expecting to jump through.. I just wanted to say that if youre shopping dont pass them up without giving them a chance I did and Im happy that I did.

The overall lack of customer service coupled with the rudeness of the employees was astounding, no one said a word to me until i approached them, and when i walked in they seemed to not care considering they didnt stop their argument about who was to get their lunch and when. Frames arent that bad but the lenses themselves are $70, and thats without special coating, and to top it all off, after i paid my $250 bill for two pairs of glasses that are going to take 3 days to be ready for some reason, i did not receive any "thank you for your business" or anything. The attendant didnt even tell me we were done she just handed me my receipt and walked away. I would strongly recommend ANY other Vision Works, easily the worst experience Ive had at an eyecare center.

The person who took my order for glasses automatically added $200 charge for a lens protection coating before she ran my card... when I questioned the charge she said - its or normal practice. Then sunglasses I ordered with brown lenses came in TWO WEEKS Later with grey lenses. When I told the same woman they order was wrong and why, she tried to talk me into accepting the grey lenses apparently my sense of style according to her was too old fashioned... Will never go back... ironically just got a voicemail message from them asking me to come back for their 2 for 1 offer. The message was so incomprehensible I called the number to find out who left the message.... Shamefully bad customer service.

Bait and Switch Routine!!! Avoid this place like the plague. They suckered me in with the advertising of two pairs of glasses for $99, including bifocals. My actual bill ended up being closer to $400 and no where in the discussion did they explain the true cost of the frames and the lenses, until the whole thing was rung up.... What a joke. I expected to pay a little more as I had picked frames about $10 over the allowable cost of frames for the $99 deal; however, then you have to add coatings for the lenses... then it is all over. And to make matters worse, it will take about 3 weeks for them to make these glasses for me...

They are expensive, when I called on the phone they said that it would cost right at $500.00 for two pairs of glasses, well now the wanted $800.00- $900.00 for two pair, I paid almost $500.00 for one pair, called in the following week and they said they were in a day ago and no one called me, then they said that the lens couldnt be tinted with the anti glare, now I have to wait another week for them to come in, when I told the lady on the phone that I wanted a refund, she acted as she didnt care, I drove a round trip of 50, miles to and from this place, people DONT DO BUSINESS HERE !

Stay away!! SCAM! I went in a year and a half ago to get glasses, I asked for the best lenses they have I was sold the HD lenses that were supposed to be scratch resistant, they scratch very easy! I recently went to an optometrist to look for new glasses and I said I want a better quality lens thats scratch resistant, they looked at my current glasses and they said these scratched easily because they are just cheap basic plastic lenses. Watch out for these guys they sell you the best but just give you junk!

Every single time I call there they put me on hold before I finish my sentence. They are extremely rude over the phone. When you walk in the door, they say "sign in" and thats the last of their customer service. I only buy contacts that they always have in stock, so my transactions are simple but I will wait upwards of 30 minutes every time I go in because Im ignored! I will never go back to this place again, and it took me about 7 times of this poor customer service for me to leave!

I dont understand why this place is so poorly rated. I brought in my prescription from my optometrist, and walked out with my new glasses an hour later. The staff was extremely friendly and helped me out with a discount, since I dont have vision insurance. They have a great selection of frames, much more so than most optometrist offices. I have bought my last two pairs of glasses here, and have never had a negative experience. Highly recommended.

I worked with Delilah who was very nice. But, it has now taken 8 days already to get my glasses. I still have yet to receive them. I will never go back again. I would rather spend a little more on the same or higher quality glasses and get them within 3-5 days, then wait to get cheap glasses in 7-10 days.

This place sucks. The staff is extremely rude. They interrupt people when theyre talking. They all act like youre a nuisance when youre a paying customer. I wish I wouldve read these reviews before I got my glasses there. Avoid this location by any means necessary.

BACKWARDS BUMPKINS! Asked to get a copy of my prescription after I moved to another state....all they could do is FAX the info to me . Hello Visionworks....1990 called and they want you to pick up your fax! Gave them 1 star....it didnt allow me to give NO STARS!

Very very rude, both on the phone and in person. They cut me off on the phone and never answered my questions. I went in to the store and got the exact same treatment. DO NOT use this location if you can avoid it.
