I felt bad calling and asking to get it the same day, but they were able to get both my wife and me in, and were extremely nice about it. Once we arrived, there was almost no wait, and the staff was super friendly. The people who helped pick out the glasses were fantastic and seemed to genuinely care and want to get us in glasses that we liked. They also figured out what our insurance would cover before we even started looking at frames so that we would know how much we would need to pay out-of-pocket. The atmosphere was fun, but refined, and didnt really feel like an optometrists office at all, which in my book, is a good thing. It seems more like an upscale glasses boutique with an optometry equipment cleverly disguised in the back.Overall, it was a great experience with great people, and I will be going to them for every future eye appointment that I possibly can.

Extremely High Level of Customer Service. I have been going to Eclectic Eye since moving to Memphis, and I would like to extend my highest recommendation for the Eclectic Eye. In early Nov. 2013 I called the office to set an appointment due to a sudden loss of vision in my left eye. After explaining my symptoms, Charles scheduled me for an immediate appointment. Dr. Weinberg quickly diagnosed my condition as a form of retinopathy which is essentially a detached retina, and scheduled his office scheduled me for an emergency appointment with a Retinal Specialist. I have fully recovered my vision, and I cant express how much I appreciate the level of care that I received concerning my vision. In my opinion the staff and doctors at the Eclectic Eye provide World Class patient care.

I have been a customer at Eclectic Eye for several years and all of the staff is extremely professional and accommodating regardless of the reason for your visit. They carry the most fashionable eyewear in the city of Memphis and have something for everyone whether you wear eye glasses or contact lenses. Dr. Weinberg is extremely thorough with his eye exams and does an exemplary job of making sure your prescription is accurate and addresses any special eye care needs or questions you might have. In the event of any problems they take the time to work with you and make it right.

My experience is always excellent. Eclectic Eye has the perfect blend of skill and service. They are thoughtful and patient. They are very service oriented. They want you to be completely satisfied by your experience, and you can sense it when you walk in the door. I recently needed urgent care for debris in my eye. They were prompt and very comforting. I have used them since the doors opened, and highly recommend them for your eye care needs.

The Eclectic Eye is THE place to go for glasses in Cooper-Young. The staff is friendly, professional and very helpful. There was an issue with my glasses (which I will not disclose here for their sake) and they have been nothing but kind and helpful. At no point have they made me feel like a burden to them, nor have I felt unimportant to them. Their stock is somewhat expensive but the service MORE than makes up for the difference in price.

I have been a customer of The Eclectic Eye for two years. The doctors are great and take a lot of time with the eye exam and explaining each step. The frame selection is beyond compare and everyone who works there is extremely friendly, helpful and fun to spend time with. I go to the Midtown shop but my friend says the Collierville shop is just as nice. I wish they had more sales!

Ive been coming here for several years. Appointments are always easy to schedule and the exams are very thorough. The doctors take time to explain everything. Ive been wearing glasses for 30+ years. However, my glasses from the EE are the only ones Ive ever worn that people stop and give me compliments. In my opinion, they are more expensive, but worth it.

Excellent Experience! The doctor and nurses were courteous and patient. The man that fits the glasses was extremely helpful. I would certainly recommend this place to anyone! Their frames are rather pricey, but the service is more than worth it. They even gave me temp lenses in my frames until my anti-reflective lenses arrive!
