Completely ignorant to insurance guidelines. Told me a contact lens fitting wasnt covered by insurance- I called, covered at 100% told them this and they still acted like my insurance company lied to me. We had an eye exam on Wednesday and were told it was ok to come back and pick out frames on following Saturday and we could get them that day since the lens were in stock. We go up there and again total disorganization and we were then told that they wouldnt be able to do the frames and lens that day. They had the lens in stock but werent able to verify eligibility- we were just there 3 days before. I was told that I could go ahead and pay my copay and they would verify Monday and get them done for us to pick up. Called at 1 pm Monday- still havent checked insurance and not ready. "Manager on duty" got snippy with me and I told him to cancel the order and I would be back by this afternoon to pick up my money. He hung up on me. Per my insurance, no one had called customer service regarding benefits except for me. I also had a pair of frames being replaced under warranty. . When I first called, no one knew anything about my order and didnt know anything about warranty frames or new frames/lens. I was told I need to talk to this person and not this person and given the complete run around. I asked for management and was told Jan is the manager but shes out until Friday. I called insurance and let them know and wanted to insure no claims would be paid for the services. Eye exam its self was less than par. I would never recommend them at all. They need to learn customer service, insurance guidelines and professionalism. I will also be notifying their integrity department since they boast on their website about their high levels of integrity and customer service. Now, heres to hoping they have my warranty frames and copay and prescription for me to pick up this afternoon.

The worst customer service ever. This is the only eye glasses place around me with extended hours so unfortunately I ended up buying my sons glasses from here TWICE. I bought his glasses with warranty both times. The first time I needed repair on his glasses, the manager, Jason, refused to fix the glasses. He said that even though he had a record showing the purchase of my sons glasses from the store but the record showed a different frame than what I had. Tried to explain to him that it was an issue of his staffs inability to keep good records but he was no Jason Bourne. He refused. I asked him to match the prescription on the glasses with the ones he showed in the system. He refused. Not only that but overall all the employees have a hyena heard mentality where they all start chiming in from different corners of the store reiterating the managers remarks. I decided never to go back to this store again. Lo and behold! I was driving around looking for an eye store after 6 pm and ended up at the same store. I work crazy hours so I have to be able to pick up glasses after 6 pm. Again, bought new pair of glasses WITH warranty. I got the premium scratch resistant glasses on both pairs. The bill was over three hundred dollars even though I got the glasses on two for 99 dollars sale :D Well, last week my 3-y-o broke the leg of one pair of glasses and I noticed that the lenses on the other pair were scratched up. I took the glasses in and paid 10 dollars in copay for the warranty for new lenses and was given contact information for a soldering shop for the other pair of glasses. Needles to say buyer beware, and if you know of an extended hours eye glasses store around this area, please please post it.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I came in over an hour before they closed just to get frames (I already had my prescription from my doctor). The ladies at the desk told me that I had until 7 pm to pick out my glasses, even though they close at 8. At 6:55, I had them picked out and was ready to buy them. Then the ladies told me that it would take 25 minutes to process my order and that since its almost 7 pm and the visionworks doctor is about to leave, they didnt have time to enter my information into the computer. The doctor passed me on the way out and wouldnt even wait a few extra minutes for my order to be placed. As I said before, I already had my prescription, so the doctor didnt even need to perform an exam. So this was a wasted trip. I dont recommend coming here.

Walked in without an appointment for an exam, contacts, and eyeglasses. Customer service was so amazing as soon as I walked in and waited only about 5 minutes to be seen. Ladies who helped me in the eyewear department were phenomenal and so very helpful looking up every detail of my insurance policy to help me get exactly what I needed. Left with contacts that day and my two pairs (One free - thank those ladies again!) of glasses were ready within the next two days. I have been to many eye doctor places over the years and this has been by far the best experience Ive ever had. Definitely recommend and will be returning yearly from now on.

In this store, they only have demo frames for you, and this is a $196 frames. I keep asking for a new frame because I can only have a pair of glasses in two years, so I want a good quality glasses. But they insisted the entire company do not have a new frame. OK, if thats the case then please let me know, I can choose another frame or go to other store. The total cost for this basis single–vision reading glasses is about $400. But, tell you the true, I had a new frame and good service two years ago.

This place customer service was horrible. We waited over 2 hrs and they were so unorganized. We had to ask them how they were helping customers. People that came after us were being helped before us after we waited over an hour. The salesperson was so busy training others and their equipment was broken so they had to share one among all the salesperson. When I asked up glasses they said the lens person 6:00pm. Yet there is a big

They was extremely nice and did a wonderful job with my children. From here on out this will be my childrens eye doctor. We got a next day appointment, they was very patient with my kids and the wait time wasnt long at all. My kids was nervous because it was their first eye exam but they made them feel safe and my kids love it there. I will recommend anyone to use their service. Would give a 10 star if I could.

So they close at 8 but cant do anything after the doctor leaves at 7. We had our frames picked out and the salesperson was entering the order and the doctor just left! They told us they could not continue with our order. Why are they open until 8 when they cant do anything past 7? What a disastrous business model!
