Have been looking for a new Eye Doc. Drove from Southaven for my 1st exam with Dr. Brenta Medley. I was very impressed. The staff was most courteous and helpful. They were able to squeeze me in a little earlier than my scheduled appointment when a cancellation came up, helped me get to work on time. They were also very knowledgeable about making the best use of my insurance to choose glasses, etc. Dr. Medley was awesome - explained my exam results, what those results meant to me, why I would need the prescription she recommended, and addressed concerns about how that prescription would affect my work. I was most pleased with my experience there !

My entire family has been going to Advanced Eye Care for the last 7 years. We love their new location and new facility. Their staff is outstanding and so helpful and Dr. Koester is wonderful! She always makes you feel like you are the only patient she has for the day and you never feel rushed. I love the online experience with them as well - it is so easy to book an appointment, fill out medical forms and now they even have a customer satisfaction survey! I would recommend Advanced Eye Care to anyone who wants to experience true customer care from medical professionals.

Have been looking for an eye doctor since relocating to the area. My wife had a very poor experience with a DR who was "close". From the moment I walked in I knew I was in for a very positive experience. I expect professional treatment which I received. In addition the warm caring staff who offered opinions when appropriate on styles of glasses, to the DR who expressed real interest not only in my eyes, but lifestyle and history to help her and the staff make solid recommendations on what I should be looking for. Will switch the rest of the family to their practice.

Several years ago my optometrist moved out of town and recommended Patricia and Brenta who had been classmates of hers at SCO. I went to a couple of different people who were closer to where I lived, but wasnt pleased with either of them. I decided location didnt matter and called for an appointment. I have been very happy that I took Karis recommendation and wish I hadnt wasted time trying other people before I did! Very nice staff and office..professional and knowledgeable.

I recently went to Advanced Eyecare & Optical on Winchester in Collierville. They are in beautiful abrand new building that is state of the art in every way. The staff is friendly and my visit was delightful. Dr. Medley is very easy to talk to and extremly through.There wasnt alot of wait time at all and I felt as though I was the only patient in the office ! I can honestly recommend Advanced Eyecare & Optical to anyone needing an eye exam, glasses or contacts.

I just had my yearly check up and as always was super pleased with my eye care. I see Brenta Medley, O.D. and she, Dr. Koester, and all of the staff are very knowledgeable, personable, caring, friendly, and professional. I have been a patient there since 2008, and have received excellent care. They have a convenient location, a lovely office, and are very prompt with their appointment times. Collierville just won "best downtown destination" from Parade Magazine. While Advanced Eyecare is not downtown, its the doctors and staff there that help make Collierville such a great place to live. Everyone is very professional, courteous, and friendly. Its like being part of a family and we can never thank them enough for the wonderful eyecare we have had over the past 14 years!

Horrible customer service. I call to schedule an appointment and was put on hold. I was able to drive 15 minutes to the place, I was passing it anyway, while on hold the entire time!! I was still on hold when I walked through the doors and spoke to the lady who put me on hold...
