Horrible customer service. My fiance and I were looking for 5 layer dip. We asked what I think was a CSM. She looked and sounded annoyed like that wasnt her job. She sighed and turned on her walkie and asked. The person who responded didnt know if they had them either. We wondered around all the refrigerated sections. Passed them like ten times. There were plenty of associates around that saw us. Not one even said "hi" or "hello".

The worst cub ever! picked up birthday cake and decided to get some balloons. women came to help me after blowing up 3 balloon she gets paged and tells me shell be right back. she never came back left me standing there for 15 min. another clerk shows up to help and doesnt know how to work the tank and tells me all the air is out. NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS CUB! THANK GOD THERE IS COUPLE MORE CUBS AROUND ME.

Please, Please, PLEASE reserve one coffee grinder for non-flavored coffee beans. It is so disappointing to get home with a fresh bag of beans only to discover the grind has been tainted (i.e. ruined) by the previous users Hazelnut or Amaretto or whatever sweetness they dumped in there. (Yes, I always shake the trap door thing and check for beans before I use it.)

The best thing about this place is they seem to have a very good handle on stocking: they rarely run out of product. On the flip side, I went to self checkout and the attendant was talking on her cell phone while the checkout scale threw 4 errors in a row. With the proximity of Hy-Vee and Byerlys, I cant imagine theyll last long with service like that

They seemed to be out of a lot of things. The lot was full of carts, and there were only a few inside. And those carts were full of litter. The cashier rushed me through. But they have no belts, and my groceries got piled up and the end, because I couldnt bag fast enough to keep up. The Cub on Diffley and Lexington, though smaller, is better.

Typical Cub. What is atypical is that the deli has hours until 9 PM but is repeatedly buttoned up in plastic by 8 and you have to fight to get anything as they refuse to "dirty" their slicers again. Management should review their practices - if you dont want them to follow the hours - then dont have a deli.

I dont care what kind of day a cashier is having in their personal live, you NEVER take it out on your customers. Your customers are what helps put that green in your pocket. Also keep in mind, How you come across to your customers is how some will treat you. FYI from a former retails assistant manager.

I am going with 3 stars because the staff should offer an elevator. It was my first time to the movie theater, the steps where very painful to climb. With all the people rushing to get a set, I could not take my time to climb and climb. Two bad knees, do not equal a show at the SM of MN

Nice store, like most of the other Cubs Ive been to. Clean, relatively well organized, and friendly staff. It loses a star with me because this stores selections are often behind other stores in a few areas, like in the lunch meats and frozen sections.

Im hoping this place gets shuts down now that Hy-Vee is opened. The attitude and mouth of the management and employees is shocking. Ive never seen such horrible and just plain mean people! Eagan has 3 cub foods, they could lose one. Hopefully this one.

Excellent service! I was looking for flax seed oil and they did not have any. HOWEVER, 4 people came (two of them wearing a suit) trying to find it, and one of them said "please dont give up on us yet, well have it in stock very soon".

I miss the Rainbow Grocery store. There are better Cub Foods stores in the South Metro. Go to the Eagan cub on Diffley Road Instead.
