Im not exactly crazy about this flower shop. The first time I went there which was several months ago, there was no one to be found. There was no one at the counter or in the shop. We were there for over five minutes when we decided to just leave. It was completely unattended. The second time I went there which was this last Saturday, I went looking for some potted mums for the fall. I walked in and again, there was no one in the front of the store so I went back into the greenhouse which was open. Some hanging baskets caught my eye and I asked a gentleman who was sweeping floors how long they would continue to bloom. He seemed annoyed and said "until it frost" - in a way that was like "duhhhh". Then this woman came in from the back of the store, looked at me and proceeded to inform me they were getting ready for a party in the room. She didnt ask me if I needed anything or how I could be helped. I felt as if she was saying "youre in the way". I stated I was sorry and walked out of the store. I cant stand this place. This is the typical usual interface - no one at the counter and nobody that appears to want to help. I find them rude.

I was very disappointed in our florist for our wedding. We had our meeting a few months before our wedding which was last weekend. I was very specific about the flowers and the colors I wanted. We discusses all the details at length. I had to actually be the one to initiate a confirmation of the order two days before my wedding, which is fine. What was not fine was that some details were wrong, including the delivery address. If I had not checked, my flowers would not have even been delivered. When they were delivered I was heartbroken to find that the colors of my flowers were wrong. A white rose is my favorite flower, the flower my husband proposed with, and there were supposed to be only white roses with light yellow daisies and blue hydrangeas in my bouquet. When I got my flowers, there were very few white roses, most were yellow. The daisies were white. The significance of the white rose was huge for my husband and I and that was ruined. I would not recommend working with the florist I had because of the lack of professionalism and attention to detail. Sorely disappointed.

Stop looking anywhere else and order from White Bear Floral. After a misunderstood delivery date (by a competitor) for the huge floral arrangement sent by my sister, brother, and myself for our mothers funeral, White Bear Floral scrambled and was able to receive the order, assemble it, and get it to the church in less than two hours. Our hearts were broken to begin with, and when our arrangement was nowhere to be found, White Bear Floral stepped up. Forget the big national delivery companies and order directly from WBF.

I ordered bouquets for my mom on two different occasions, her birthday in September and mothers day in May, and on both occasions ordered the deal of the day. She has received two different and very beautiful arrangements - both thoughtfully designed, with fresh, quality flowers and unique. I couldnt recommend this shop more. Its such a great deal, Ill continue to order through White Bear Floral for local floral deliveries in the future!

I explicitly ordered 25 long stem red roses to give my wife on our 25th anniversary. Obviously the number had significance. They looked beautiful but when I gave them to her we counted and there were only 23 in the vase. When I called the two days later I was told I could drive there and pick up two more if I want but there was "nothing we could do about it". I wanted everything to be perfect on our big day :-(

You can buy flowers and plants from a big box store. But, if you really want good quality and people that know, then go to WB Floral! We love this place! Customer service is top-notch and always friendly. Unlike the big box store, they only do flowers and plants and that is what they know. Any questions, just ask, they will help. If you want quality and best service, skip the big box store and go to WB Floral!
