Maybe Im spoiled by the grocery stores in WI like Woodmans, but I am very underwhelmed by Cub - which went out of business where Im from in Onalaska (couldnt compete w/Woodmans and Festival). What Woodmans has that they lack: 1) They not only take your groceries out of the cart, they bag them for you (at Cub the employee will stand there and do nothing while you struggle with your bagging, therefore I never buy more than $75 worth of stuff) 2) Awesome prices and coupons right in FRONT of the products (Cub uses a treasure hunt method for the deals they do have, which are not that great) 3) They have 10 lanes, and all of those lanes are open (Cub seems to only like using 2-3 lanes at a time because theyre too cheap to hire more checkers). 4) The deli and bakery is very subpar...Festival Foods kicks Cubs behind in this category...Cubs seems like just an afterthought..like oh, I guess were a grocery store so we need one of these..

many bad experiences lately! Expired products on shelves, especially dairy, poor quality fresh fruit & veg. A couple cashiers need lessons in cleanliness!!! Most cashiers friendly but a few are rude, condescending, unpleasant. Shop there cuz of convenient location but will start buying most groceries at other stores. Store seemed to go downhill after recent change in management.

Recently used their online ordering for party platters and fruit trays and was very pleased. Many guests at our party commented on the quality of the food and how good it tasted. Would use Cub again for this service, no question.

All the employees starred at me like I was going to rob the place. Very rude/passive aggressive in a fashion that only Minnesotans could do. Never going back to this cesspool.

Lots of choices and an improved selection of organic items. Wish they had organic ground turkey though! Great service to top it off. Diligent staff!

Very nice Cub Foods. Newer building staffed with pleasant people. Would recommend to friends and family. Lines move fairly quick!
