My family spends several thousand dollars a month at this and other Whole Foods stores. I know obscene right? Its pretty easy to do when you pay sixty dollars for a couple of steaks and five dollars a pound for red peppers. We shop here for the organic, for the convenience of getting things in the same place. When you pay premium prices for food there comes with it an expectation that it is the very best. Well sadly, the realization is, often it is not. This is the second time that weve stopped in after work to pick up something for the grille this summer, that turned into a my burger night. The first was cod from the meat counter. It looked wonderful, until we salted it and the COD WORMS started crawling out of their little hidy holes. We brought it back and they were happy to refund our money but the wine didnt quite go with my burger and were busy enough that running around is not productive and ultimately far more expensive than the fish. Which brings me to today. Again meat counter. This time beautiful porterhouse steaks. Pink, marbled and SMELLING LIKE THEY WERE PULLED OUT OF A DUMPTSTER. For Twenty and a few bucks a pound, I dont want a second trip. I dont want my money back, I want it right, the first time, NOT RANCID. And god bless them because I love my burger but when you want a steak you want a steak. WF seems to be going downhill which is too bad. I will transition to shopping at the coop which is locally owned, and even more expensive but also realizes their priority is their customers not their shareholders. Please WF get your act together.

Ive been going to this Whole Foods for years. Love it! All of the employees here are always so helpful and kind. However, the interaction I had today with Emily, the manager, was nothing like my other experiences. I actually had no idea she was a manager based on how rude and unhelpful she was until I asked for the manager because she was being so unhelpful. She smiled at me and said "Im the manager" LOL ugh.She was so disrespectful right off the bat and truthfully the nastiest person Ive ever met. Never returning to this Whole Foods. Ill take my business to the Hennepin Ave Whole Foods instead now.

Still like their food but customer service getting worst and worst! I experienced it first ordering oysters. The girl was so rude that I had to complain to the customer service desk. They said that her department manager is not there and the store manager will contact me. No one did! Today I went there to get baby formula and the lady told me that she " doesnt know anything" about baby formulas and she was never and is not interested in that. I am happy that nowadays other stores are offering organic product and actually their prices are often less then WFs prices.

Would highly recommend getting wedding flowers from here if you are looking for quality flowers and extremely reasonable prices. I had tulip bouquets with babies breath. When I contacted other flower shops in the area they wanted to charge me $100-175 per bouquet, I was quoted at $800-1000 for all my flowers. I got 3 bridesmaid bouquets, bridal bouquet, 8 boutonnieres, and 3 corsages for under $300! Plus they gave me the extra tulips which I used as decoration and to make two small bouquets for the flower girls.

awful customer service :( same man, a few different times. Light was on in his lane…didnt acknowledge I was waiting, even while he could clearly see me. I said hi and politely asked if he was taking customers. He nodded hastily and reluctantly scanned my two items. No thank yous. Didnt even say any words to me as i was speaking to him. Kind of shocked to see this kind of service from Whole Foods employees. Most people are great but this guy ruined it for me!

I was a fan of this store until they started selling rabbit meat, which made me so disappointed & sad. I have companion rabbits and the idea of seeing domestic rabbit meat--the same breed as my sweet bunny Comet--in a store I once respected has completely changed my opinion. Sorry... one star for being out of touch with the market and bypassing a focus on compassion and conscientious offerings in favor of yet another meat.

What a large selection of common things and even random off the wall things too! Employees are courteous and honest without the feeling of trying to sell you something. Prices on many things are actually cheaper than their competitors. I bought a large jar of Bubbies Pickles (my favorite) for 3 dollars cheaper than at Lunds. I say to anyone who complains about the prices to shop wisely and not impulsively.

The food variety is great but the employees are so rude. I went to the meat seafood counter to buy Salmon and the clerk acted as though I was a huge bother to her. Then I went to check out in the express lane and I literally had 12 items in my basket and the clerk refused to check me out. There was no one else in line at any of the registers.

Whole Foods CEO is the most intelligent man I have heard from in a long time. His Wall Street Journal article on health care should be read by everyone, maybe people would learn something about running a business. I for one shop there more often because of his stance and a lot of my friends do the same.

Thank you, Whole Foods, for coming into our Edina neighborhood! We have needed a natural, organic grocery store for years and I was beyond excited with Whole Foods opened. Their selection is outstanding - in particular their product, meat and fish - you cannot beat the freshness and quality elsewhere.

The food is fine. I only shop for a few select items @ Whole Foods. I can find most of the same products they sell cheeper on the internet. The staff is the reason I have only given two stars. They used to be overly kind and helpful. Now most of them are rude, short tempered and quite defensive.

I cant believe people say that the staff is rude. Ive been a customer for years and always found polite, helpful staff. The food is expensive, but its first rate. Produce is never rotten. Meat comes from trusted sources. I usually dont by my shelf products there, just the fresh.

Its not just a Whole Foods Market! Its a Whole Foods Market, across the street from a lake (Calhoun) with a walking & biking path around it. Its like two mints in one...or peanut butter n chocolate... May not be the best WF in town but it remains my ☀ favorite

Way over rated very costly as compared to other stores with the same product that does not say "Whole Foods" put the word Organic on anything and watch the cost go up 300% if you shop wisely you can still get healthy food at a fraction of what it cost here.

Lots of quality selection. Prices vary, there are well priced and ridiculously expensive options so shop wisely. Staff are indifferent. Been there a dozen times and honestly have nothing positive or negative I could say about a single employee.

This is a great whole foods! It is always busy with lots of people and has a good selection. I wish the footprint of the store was a little bigger - can be cluttered at times with all the people/displays in there.
