I will never buy Tiffany jewelry again. I know Tiffany has a premium for their jewelry, which means you would expect spectacular customer service comes with, That is false. I have purchased a couple items from Tiffany for my girlfriend. She recently broke her bracelet after only having it for less than 2 years, She took it in and they charged her $50 to get a simple band fixed and then charged her sipping on top of that. It doesnt cost $20 to ship a tiny bracelet in a tiny padded envelope. I have been to local stores where they would have mended it for free. I will continue to shop local jewelry stores. Tiffany & Co is a waste of money and has lost a customer.

They sell WORE rings to you! Be careful when you buy! Ive bought a tiffany infinity rose gold and sterling silver ring in this store at Dec.14 2015. The shopping assistant said they only have one that style left in the showcase and show it to me. After I went back and I found the silver part is heavily wore!! At first I wanted to return the ring but they said it was WORE so I CANNOT RETURN it! Then I sent the ring to the customer service center to clean it and also required a resize service. However, they did clean it well but FORGOT to do the resize! Bad service!! I will never buy Tiffany again. Cartier and many more other brands are better to trust.

Today I went in to get my ring cleaned that I am passing down to my sister for her college graduation. The treatment that I experienced from EVERY employee that I encountered was amazing!!! I talked 3 people; a young man with glasses (Im disappointed that I didnt get his name), Kevin, and Dana. I would recommend this location to ANYONE and I am happy that I crossed paths with them today :)
