I will never shop at this store again. The employees are extremely rude, unfriendly, and snobby--including management. They view their customers as moneybags, and not as human beings. My family, friends, and I were treated with great disrespect. Multiple employees gave me false information, and as a result I lost hundreds of dollars to this business. I highly recommend doing business at a different Pandora or jewelry outlet. Although this stores location may be convenient, I would rather drive the extra mile to do business at a place where I am treated with kindness and as a real human being with real emotions.

I have been treated rudely by Hedges staff and decided not to return. I told my husband I would like a few more Alex and Ani bracelets for my January 23 birthday. Unfortunately, he purchased two bracelets from Hedges in December. I already have one of the bracelets and I didnt really like the other. My husband went to return the bracelets today and they said their policy is items purchased at Christmas time must be returned by January 7. He could not return them. Just another reason to be unhappy with this store.

Beautiful store and visit this every Christmas holiday when I come to town. Bought fun stuff!! I do not like being almost stalked by women in winter white outfits every two feet while in the store. I know what I like. I know what I want when i see it. Please do not suffocate your holiday guests while we shop. Such a small store to be doing that. Feels more like you do t trust your clientele

A wonderful boutique that has tons of great gifts! One major perk of the store is the friendly service and SHORT wait times. I personally dont like going to Pandora stores at the mall because how long the process takes (signing in, waiting for an associate, the small talk, ringing you out, wrapping your beads, telling you about the next promotion, etc). Hedges is the way to go!

Great store. Ive purchased gifts here for friends and family. It is a little pricey but it is to be expected from a boutique store. They sell Swell water bottles, Pandora, and Alex and Ani to name a few of the brands. Cute store. Fun place to shop!
