I could have given minus10 if option was available. We had terrible experience at fossil outlet mall location in Orlando , Florida store no.7424 and manager name Astrid del valle. We were there today to exchange our two watches set worth $170 purchased yesterday due to dent found on one of bracelet, same watches same style , design and price, employee asked me to pay extra which I argued and request either to match with yesterdays deal as it is simple swipe/exchange or give me full refund as they couldnt figured out how to do exchange. All employees are dumb including manager which I knew from my previous experience. Finally employee who claimed she is manager ( later figured out other old grumpy spanish speaking lady was manager ), agreed to do so with such a harsh comment made me feel i am at dollar store trying to exchange my one dollar item i bought yesterday, suddenly another lady walked towards cashier area from back and asked cashier is everything ok ? I realized she is manager or higher authority and tried to talk to her and raised my issue politely. She replied rudely and next moment I found security guy standing next to me. She was watching my discussion with employees in cameras and instead of coming out to sort it out or helping me, she called security guy. We didnt even scream, swear or threat during entire conversation of unpleasant exchange experience. Yes, we were frustrated for not providing kind of service you expect for being Fossil brand customer. I was looking at my wife and we both were laughing with shock in our mind thinking what the heck !!!! Is this Fossil corporate store run by some Monkeys, unprofessional, uncivilized people who doesnt belong to America and zero customer service. why No training provided to staff including manager by the corporate ? we immediately asked to refund my $170 and left the store. We have so much stuff at home that we had purchased and gifted in last 6-7 years from fossil but todays experience made me feel no more fossil. The manager was racist Spanish speaking old grumpy lady thought we were threat because we dont speak Spanish and she couldnt understand English or American Customer service. She had no regret for her behavior as it is corporate store and she gets her salary even business dying at this location. She was so sure no one can do anything to her job. She sounded very proud for insulting a customers a family of four including three women. Me and my wife both are engineers and business people but todays fossil visit and interaction with people like her made me realize why Trump elected in this country as president as America really need to be great again though I am not trump supporter.The store located in lake Buena vista outlet mall in Orlando, fl.

the sales rep, i believe his name was Carlos, young chap really friendly and really helpful, infact this place was a lot cheaper than the outlet malls highly recommended , also do not go to the other watch place in the same place, they dont return products but give you store credit and their prices for the other store is really expensive, lucky enough for me i went to the other store first loved the watches but told the sales rep that let me discuss with my wife and then i went to this FOSSIL store, and after having 50% off plus they offer u return within 15 days and 1 year international warranty, bought some nice diesel watches for amazing prices :)

The manageress and the sales lady were really really kind and helpful this afternoon. Im on holiday from England and I needed some help. So thank you ladies. Also the prices in this store are cheaper than the other fossil stores in the area. Well worth a visit.
