Ridiculous business practice. I was looking for a specific skateboard for my daughter that she had seen in the store. They only had the one board and it was quite clearly used. Multiple scratches. Dirty wheels . Impact marks, torn grim tape, damaged graphics ...Very obvious that it had seen quite a bit of use. They claimed it wasnt used and that they let everyone try them out before purchase. Well A LOT of people must have tried it. When I asked for a discount on the damaged item, the girl said its against policy. So I asked for a decision making manager. The girl stated that they are all mangers. Wait ...what? So I recommend taking your business elsewhere,... who wants to pay full retail for second hand merch, and what competent management would take zero on beat up merch rather then provide a reasonable discount on VERY worn "display models"

I just purchased a sweatshirt that was 42$ and paid 47$. The lady didnt even give me my change. I just spent all my money on something that was not worth all my money. I gave her 45$ and she asked for more. And while she was giggling about how I gave her extra with her friends, she seemed like such a .... Wonderful teen girl with red hair and a ring on her nose.

I wanted to return shoes that I bought. I wore them and walked around in them but didnt like it now cause there was some dirt that can be easily brushed off they wont take it really disappointed
