Went here last week to find a bathing suit and the store was a disaster...it looked like they havent organized in months. The bathing suits were all mixed and were on the wrong racks. Even in the other sections it was a mess. Tons of misplaced items. I dont know how theyre still in business. The only good thing about this store is the sephora. Never will shop here again. Shouldnt have to struggle while looking through clothes. They need to learn how to organize and keep a store looking neat.

On Dec 30 I went to JC Penneys. As soon as I walked into the store, I was approached by News Hearald and a drawing for winning money. Then went upstairs NO Heat where appliance are now. I was approached 3 times to open a credit card. Not Happy with the pressure sales and your merchandise is very poor quality. I have shopped with JC Penneys for years. You have lost me as a customer.

I came in to order a couple pair of levis cause no one carries my size. I asked 3 service people for help all three said to go to a counter yet there wasnt anyone at the counters. When I brought this point up I was told "to hang out and someone will show up". I will say when someone finally did show they were more help and a damn site better the levi strauss was.

Went in for certain things. I didnt find what I was looking for, and when I did decide on something I walked around the second floor twice to find someone to get checked out. All the registers were closed and not one person in sight. It was freezing upstairs. I like the sephora store and the shoe department. Sales and the coupons always are good.
