To be honest this store doesnt even deserve one star but Google forces me to click at least one. I went into the Gervais Street location and found a pair of shoes but unfortunately, they didnt have my size in the store. I went home and ordered them online (a Friday). I got an email notification confirming my order and another on Tuesday when they shipped from Charlotte. When the shoes arrived they still didnt fit the way I had hoped so I tried to process a return online but found there was no option for that. Next, I tried returning them in store to the Gervais Street location but was told that it "wasnt allowed" and gave me a number to call. I called the number multiple times and left multiple messages but no one ever retuned my calls. I ended up having to do a charge back on my credit card to get a refund. I definitely wouldnt recommend this store & according to most of all the other reviews Im not alone.

I came in once to buy the adidas nmd og. When I went into the store, there was one left and soon as I said I want that. The owner said it just got sold online and she put the shoes away. As I was walking to my car with sadness, one of the employee followed me and said he got one for me. Then when I went back to the store and that owner said sold online again. Wtf is wrong with this place...
