Bob Weaver GM Chrysler provided, by far, the most enjoyable car buying experience I have ever had. I entered the dealership knowing my parents had been happy customers for years so I was eager to see what the dealership could do for me - and I was quickly surprised how wonderful the entire team was. I was introduced to the Sales Manager, DJ, who assured me he would try to give me the best deal available and wanted me to leave happy. Then I was introduced to Delton Bolton, who had helped my parents lease their Malibu several times before, and immediately felt like family. Not only was I treated like family, I was provided with a no-nonsense deal that allowed me to get a fantastic car at a price that was much less than what I had expected. During the entire process, I never felt uneasy or as if I was going to be disappointed, and thats by and large due to Deltons genuine personality and eagerness to make his clients happy. And, to boot, after learning I had to drop my Kia off at an official Kia dealership, he had another team member drive my new car to a Kia dealership nearly 30 minutes from Bob Weavers dealership so I would not have to return and could make my way home back to NJ. And, when the driver (Mike Weaver) handed me the keys to my car I offered him a tip and he said "No sir, you keep that. This is all part of the customer experience." Needless to say I will be a long time customer of Bob Weaver GM Chrysler and have already begun recommending this dealership to friends and family.

Id been shopping for a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Hard Rock Edition for a couple of weeks when I started talking to the Bob Weaver folks. I had already had my trade appraised 3 times when I got to Weavers, offers of 7800, 8400 and 8750. I had been having a conversation with a sales person (Stacey) for most of the week and I told her I would stop by Thursday afternoon, she told me their trade appraisal would take about twenty minutes. When I got there I was told she was at the other building (a garage below the dealership). They would let her know I was there and she would be with me shortly. Eh.. 20 minutes later a salesman named Harrison offers to help me, he takes my SUV and disappears. Forty five minutes go by and I finally go to the receptionist and ask her to get my truck for me I can go. A few minutes go by and Harrison pulls up with my truck. And finally!! A woman approached me and asks me to step in to an office- I say- "I guess youre Stacey". She says yeah and hands me a kbb sheet and says "my recommendation if that you sell this truck yourself, we can offer you 1250". I said thats silly, I had an offer or 7800 earlier today. She suggested I get it in writing so she can present it. I said no thanks and left. Someone from the dealership followed up the next day. I told them that Id never do business with Bob Weaver. Foolishness.

This was the must dubious car buying experience I ever had. Read all of these reviews before you purchase so you understand the dealership you are dealing with!!!!! In my opinion you should be very careful when dealing with this dealership. Double check the promised price and payment is correct on you contract before you sign, if not leave the dealership. Double check that your vehicle has all dealer installed options are accually in the vehicle before you sign, if not leave the dealership. If you use the kbb vehicle buying process, besure they dont try and reduce the kbb provided price, if the do, leave the dealership. Be very careful and fully awake if you chose to purchase from them. Buick is a great vehicle and there are other buick dealers. these are my opinions based on my one time vehicle experience with this dealership. Any one of these issues may have raised my eye brow, but all three, WOW!

I came in for a service appointment today. Firstly, ever staff member I talked to from the showroom worker who gave me directions to the service center to the service tech to the front desk receptionist were all friendly and super helpful. Bryon, my service tech, was incredibly personable and informative and though I usually go to a different dealership for service Im definitely considering returning here for my next service appointment. The customer lounge is well maintained, and the free drinks, popcorn and wifi are definitely a plus. I booked my appointment using the website and the online booking feature is easy to use, even on a mobile device. Overall, Id definitely recommend Bob Weaver for a service appointment.

Been going there for a while for service. Bought a dash cam recently for normal recording in case there is an accident etc.. didnt think I would find out that the dealership would have employees talking crap about me even AFTER they could clearly see that my dash cam is on when the car is turned on and is in my window. My car has a turbo so I have a gauge on it to see boost... my car has a dash cam to protect me from being wrongly accused in an accident. Didnt appreciate how my vehicle was being driven at times and revd to hear the turbo. I was judged because of a gauge and dash cam.. I can only imagine what happened BEFORE I had my dash cam. If only the owner knew what was going on.

The team at Bob Weaver Chevrolet could not have been more helpful or any nicer to us! We were able to look around without being pressured, and given the opportunity to take the car we wanted for a test drive. Upon our return, we were greeted and asked what we thought of the car. We then went inside to talk some numbers. We were not expecting to purchase a car on Saturday, we were just looking for something in our price range. Steve Eckley and the Bob Weaver team went above and beyond to make sure we could walk out of there with the perfect car for us!! I will definitely tell all of our friends and family about our wonderful experience with Bob Weaver Chevrolet!

Good friendly ppl, very unhappy customer, i overpaid for a used jeep with a rusted out frame covered in patches, the dealerdhip failed to notify me on the patches or the rusted holes in frame now its inspection time and it wont pass, when i called about the patches i was told they were structurally sound, "they didnt even see them" also failed to mention other various holes in floor or the fact the jeep was repainted and had bad bondo work done, not what you would expect for a $10000 jeep, i got ripped, i dont recomend bob weaver for used cars. Now im looking at new frames and for someone to do bondo work. Thanks bob weaver

I got ripped, bought a jeep for 10,000 with patches and rust holes in the frame, not to mention it was repainted and has bad bondo work, wouldnt pass inspection, after i drove it off of the lot and found the rust damages the mechanic I talked too said the damages were fine "over the phone" and everything was structurally sound. I express my concern every time they call, its been a whole year now and still no return call on the issue, dont buy a used car from these guys, still waiting for a return phone call, worst car buying experience ever
