Bought a car off the back lot. Wanted to offer a number but was told back lots dont go for any cheaper. Asked to see the manager and did not even get a smile. Very unfriendly manager. Asked to lower price and gave me the story. Then asked him to fill half a tank on a honda civic to make me a happy customer and said no. Did not smile at all during my transaction. Sales person Was very friendly and helpful but management was terible. Could of took 10 bucks out of his own pocket to make a customer happy. Will not go back and will let other people know of my bad experience.

A Private User

We found a replacement for my totaled Audi TT online and drove out to see it. It was beautiful and ran great. After getting it home we noticed a small leak. (Even though it looks brand new, it is an eight year old car) We called them up and they took care of everything. My take-away...their staff is first class before and AFTER the sale. Id gladly recommend them.

Car was clean paperwork organized,people nice and not pushy. However ... a check engine light came on when we made it half way home and found theres more little things that werent mentioned upon buying. Considering we paid cash of several thousand and paid in full not appreciating the full story not being told.
